I use BTC-E, Cryptsy, LocalBitcoins and VirWox. They all have their own plusses, although the rates at VirWox to exchange are very high. They are the only one to accept PaySafeCard and Ukash though.

I did not see anyone mentioning BTC China !!! Strange...

I don't think many people here on bitcointalk (of course except the Chinese local forum) have a bank account in China.

They accept international wire.

The revolution will be digital
Bitstamp.  Good and reliable, however, never leave cash or BTC on exchange!

I think that is not required when one is using P2P exchange.

You still need to deposit BTC to localbitcoins if you want to sell BTC.

Yes, but the overall process @ a P2P exchange is far faster than a real time bidding exchange.

BTC-e is a good exchange, I like the deposit and withdrawal options

But, why BTC-e owners are so secretive ?
you should always be careful and not leave large amounts in an exchanger

btc38 for PTS, probably change it for China government policy.

PTS is ?  Huh

Never mind, found the answer myself...

Care to share ? I googled it and got PTS Plumbing and Heating Merchant, Production Tool Supply and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary !!!

I guess it is most likely ProtoShares (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitshares-pts-formerly-protoshares-mandatory-upgrade-snapshot-announcement-325261)
