I trust Casino that requires KYC, because it gives me the believe that they would have a good customer service as well lesser fraudulent activities as compared to Casinos without KYC which anyone can impersonate, use a wrong identity and do anything without being traced or held responsible. It ensures accountability when it comes to business and commitment to the users, casinos that requires KYC hardly make harsh rule, refuse payment for winning to there customers that not the likelihood in non KYC.
Everyone is entitled to there opinion, just my take on this subject.

It’s amazing how people are ready to show their identity to the casino without thinking at all that further actions with their documents on the Internet are unknown. This just goes to show that everyone has a price, and people are willing to do a lot to get money. We use Bitcoin, and we welcome its decentralization, but when the issue concerns money, then, of course, documents are provided without question. I will not show my documents because I know how sometimes hundreds of fraudulent documents are posted on various sources for sale. What will be registered on them and what responsibility the owners will bear is also sometimes scary to think about. The legality and integrity of a casino should not rely solely on KYC.

So, if we could find a casino that genuinely adheres to what they advertise (whether as a non-KYC or KYC casino), which one would we trust to gamble with? Additionally, if you have doubts, what are the risks you might be taking that could bother you while regularly gambling at such a casino?
I will definitely go for the one I feel safe with the most, and my judgement shouldn't be based on whether they offer KYC or not, but rather on what I notice about the casino myself.

Trusting a casino aside from the ones that might have already built a reputation for themselves doesn't just start one day, so the more I play and have experience with how the casino works in terms of handling withdrawal deposits, the rest of them will determine which one to trust.

I don't  have to put names here because I also  have gambling site in my signature but what i do care is that i am not a fan of Non KYC claim because eventually for some reason they are mandating players to provide KYC either for security or for safety reason.
so i still choose the KYCed casino that I do believe  follows everything from the government and I already knew what I am facing from day 1.
We don't gamble in a casino that we don't trust because this KYC requirement will get our personal information and documents as a proof. So if this casino aside from being regulated is reputable as well, they can ensure that they'll take care of our information and keep it confidential as mandated by the rules of their regulators.

If we like to gamble in a non-kyc casino, then we should go directly to a decentralized casino, although they are not so popular compared to the centralized, but there are numberes of dex casinos here that exist and continues to serve gamblers, at least we know from day 1 that they'll never demand KYC.

I remember that most of us gambled in Betfury casinos before they had a license. I still play there and in all this time they didn't ask me to pass KYC verification. But they had a nice ANN thread here and they were very active in the beginning, so I trusted them and I never had any serious issues.

Well, I don't like casinos with mandatory KYC. Even thou I tried a few, currently only playing in Weiss (KYC mandatory) because I have their tokens and I stake them. I don't think that we should trust casinos just because they are KYC-free or not, some other things are far more important to look at. I mostly trust casinos that have a review on BTCGosu and an ANN thread here, if it has passed BTCGo's strict control and the forum members' test, it means that the casino is really good... with or without mandatory KYC.

A casino changing its TOS eventually from non-KYC to KYC is nothing bad, they probably got hit by subpoena and are now being extra careful to keep the authorities away from their tails. Blame the a-holes who attempt to use tainted sources to the casino attempting to wipe out the trail putting the casino at risk.

It might be frustrating for the honest players but they have no choice here.
I would trust both the casinos provided there are no other genuine complaints regarding their services.

Additionally if your KYC cleared, you feel safe betting big amounts there.

There's nothing wrong regarding on that changes since its understandable that this scenario would really happen. But the casino need to became more transparent on the changes happening so people will not get surprised about the sudden implementation of KYC then think about that they are been fooled for telling that they are non-KYC compliant casino. For sure people would understand that cases since its not first time that a casino do that since we see those changes happening on the reputable casino in this forum.

I understand that there are people got frustrate about it but the casino cannot do anything but to implement it so that they can operate without getting into trouble for the regulation implemented by government. That's why instead of avoid it I comply with casinos asking this and just think about beneficial things rather than thinking about negativity about this implementation.

Let's talk about KYC and non-KYC casinos. There are many casinos in the space, and probably most of them require KYC (Know Your Customer) since they hold a license. However, some do not promote that requirement. In fact, I've read comments mentioning that there are casinos which initially claim they don't require KYC but later do, based on their own judgment.

Based on their judgement is a vague word that could mean anything. I expect a casino to spell out the conditions or circumstances that will necessitate a casino asking for KYC. And these conditions should be spelled out in the casino's terms of service. Any casino that asked for KYC after it earlier stated that it is not required shouldn't be trusted.

Building trust is not very important in business and this can be done when their words are their bonds. So I will gladly accept a casino that openly requires KYC rather than the one that stylishly asks for it after registration or big wins. Some of the risks might include the freezing of funds or banning of casino accounts when you doubt their reputation. In some cases, it could lead to loss of funds.

Nowadays, a lot of casinos do require KYC, it's either they require upon registration or later once you have done your first withdrawal.

But when it comes to trust or having more confidence in a casino, I agree with most people here that the reputation is what we follow. Just like in the old days where KYC is not a thing. All we have is looking for the reputation of the casino, being comfortable playing with the anonymity while enjoying gambling.

It depends on the age and the reputation of the casino since the KYC part is not the basis determining the reliability of the casino. There’s some old casino that still doesn’t ask for KYC like primedice(CMIW) but they are considered as reliable since they already established their reputation through long years of good services.

On the other hand when regards to new casino. The marketing strength, customer support and other factor is the basis of trusting the casino for me so it doesn’t whether if it’s ask KYC or not. But in general, casino with license is the best which is usually the one that ask for KYC because you can assure that you are playing on legal casino.

A casino with good reputation and service is all that matters to me and not the KYC thing or not. Most of those no KYC casinos might later end up asking you for KYC if you win big or in the later.

My gaming experience is what I care about and that is why I stick to a reputable that can satisfy me when gambling. Casinos without KYC are good but might not be as good as some with KYC. How fast they handle issues and resolve customers complain is what one should look at when selecting a casino for your gambling activities.

I don't care with KYC i.e. I don't value the trustworthiness of the casino by looking on whether they require KYC or not.

KYC or no KYC casino, both are nothing different, I will value the trustworthiness by the casino itself, means the way they handle complain or accusation, the way they promote the casino, and the customer service.

If people value KYC casino is better than no KYC casino, I don't think so, most people are complaining when the casino have mandatory KYC and  till now there are no KYC casino popular in this forum Tongue

Casino operates without an official license!

I agree that this casino is very popular since they have signature campaign in the forum before, not sure if they still maintain that popularity now for a casino that operates without a license.
That's not true, they have a Costa Rica license. Check their ToS - https://bustabit.com/tos

Have KYC or NOT, what matters the most in choosing is the casinos that can deliver satisfaction to the customers because that is what we expect. But in the current situation where the government obliges them to ask KYC to their clients as mandatory that means that they are legally running their business. And it means that we are a little bit safer than those illegally operated.

I'm not sure if privacy is still a big concern for everyone and I accept the fact that complying with KYC is gonna be our life now. Nobody can escape when the government pushes it and that is how known and big casinos are asking for this in compliance with the government. Actually, these are the casinos we often visit.

We should trust the casino reputations because we only play gambling at the trusty casino that has good reputations, whether that casino is a non-KYC or KYC casino. If the casino has a good reputation, it will take care of its members and serve its members with good.
I have no problem if the casino is a non-KYC or KYC casino because I already play at many casinos out there. Still, that casino has a good reputation among the other casinos. Besides that, I don't use too much money to play gambling and only play gambling occasionally.
Many casinos now change into KYC casinos, especially after the government watched them run their business. We may see many casinos turn into KYC casinos in the future so we must understand how to use each casino.

I'll go to casinos that require me to undergo KYC, I'm more comfortable with casinos that are regulated and compliant I have no fear that the casino will be shut down by the authorities casinos that do not require their players to undergo verification are prone for money laundering and being used by scammers to transit their dirty money.

And I don't think casinos can remain or maintain their policy of not asking KYC because there will be a point where they need to verify whether their players are committing cheating or are not into money laundering, non-KYC is just a marketing ploy to attract more players, but casinos can easily change their policy.

For me KYC or non-KYC doesn't really matter as long as the casino still has a good reputation in the eyes of gamblers and has been running for a long time with positive feedback. Meanwhile if you have to choose, non-KYC is a priority especially if the casino is a large casino, but due to tight competition and regulations that require casino to implement KYC in order to operate freely and with a license the casino will be to regulations and it is proven that more and more casinos are implementing KYC.
Regarding if I have doubts but am still curious then I will take the risk to continue gambling with minimal capital to find out to what extent these doubts can be proven.

Indeed, there have been several cases where the casino initially stated that it did not require KYC but after certain conditions occurred, such as customer who got big win, the casino suddenly asked for KYC for the withdrawal requirements for the winnings.
But not all casinos will be like this and I don't think KYC will really guarantee the security and trustworthiness of the casino, there are also some casinos that can still potentially do things that are detrimental to customers even though they implement KYC.

I never consider KYC as the main assessment in assessing and choosing trusted casino because basically trust will arise when the casino has proven its service and has very good reputation.
If the casino use is reputable one and has lots of loyal customers, then it certainly won't raise any doubts and whatever do will definitely be filled with sense of comfort without any worries about anything bad happening.

Additionally, if you have doubts, what are the risks you might be taking that could bother you while regularly gambling at such a casino?

Anyone we choose to use would depend on our own view of privacy. If someone knows that he obviously is not the type that is willing to give out his information through kyc to a casino then you can choose to go for the non kyc casino. To be sincere, I use both kyc and no kyc casino and though I know clearly that this would remove my privacy totally, I just had to make the decision at my own risk. Most casino you find today requires every user follow the kyc procedures just upon registeration. This I even prefer compared to those casino that would keep this a secret until a user is about withdrawing a large sum from their account then they make up stories of kyc just to prevent them from withdrawal.
