I think suggestions are naked on the individual personal research and so I think the best you can do is to personally perform some research about some of these coins suggested here and choose the one you trust will go that higher for you.
I think you need to consider the marketcap and the volume since these two parameters significantly affect the rise of a coin

Hellenic Coin (hnc) will 5x for sure within 2018!
Bismuth, probably, will 5x in short term. They have quite crowd developer team, you can check on github. I am pretty sure that they are undervalued at the moment and in bull market it will be one of the first coin which will skyrocket.

Probably some altcoins that is priced around 10 cents that can go easily to $1.
It is easy to go from 0.10 to $1, $1 to $10 but as it goes higher it gets harder.
To be honest, then in this market, and do not even want something to expect. It seems to me that such an undertaking can be a failure. Because I better wait out in reliable altcoins this recession...

Most of the coins that are on the top of the coins in the coin market cap will most likely go 5x if ever there will be another bull market in the next few months. You can also look for potential projects that are still under development or projects that have a good road map for next year if you want profit.
I found out that LSK, TRON, ADA, PIVX are some of the good project with a solid foundation and a pretty good team. It may take a bit longer time but these coins have the capability to more than 5x.
Most of the top 10 coins will be x5 by end of this year and even those who are not in top 10 but has really good project will rally too because almost everything right now is very cheap and as what as everybody is saying its time for everyone to go shop some coins.

I can recommend Ethereum in this case. This is a very promising coin. Now its graphics are going down, but I can say with certainty that investors will soon be successful
There are many coins which have the X5 potential but Helbiz (HBZ) team has announced that they are going to rebuy their tokens from the market until the ICO price which means X8-X9 potential profit in few weeks. The budget is 2000 ETH for this operation.

From the recent reckoning, I think one can get a decent entry ina anumber of projects. My pick was wanchain, and fusion. Both have a fairly eventful rest of the year. And the marketcap is decent. Matrix AI also sitting around ICO price with all time high around 4x and only less than quarter of a billion marketcap
In the next few months no coin will give x5. You need at least to keep your coins for 6 months, so that in the falling market it will bring profit.
It's hard to predict 5x or 10x, but I am bullish on the following coins and I believe they'll do pretty well
- Lendingblock: Low marketcap in the lending industry "huge potentia"
- Nexo: Lending platform (crypto - fiat) working product and around ICO price now $10c
- Phantasma: Strong team, demo available, hyped and great use case
- GoChain: Launched mainnet, decent team and around ICO price

I think coin among the top 20 has the potential to x5 in few month when the market recover and more people invest in the coin because the crowd also helps to sometimes determine how well a coin will grow.
Among top 20 their are some coins which will definitely give you in a couple of year 5x or more for that matter if the btc keep moving ahead and cross 20k in coming months. We can expect this from few of the new ICO as well if invested in the good one we can make a fortune from those ICO.

The only coin that is feasible to me to make 5X is Ethereum in the coming years to come. Ethereum has that ability and capacity to make itself 5X by year 2020 if the world of cryptocurrencies still exist.
I also hope for good prospects for people about the future, but for today it is impossible to forecast a comforting forecast for more promising coins. The market falls down and no one will say when it will stop. 
I expect these coins to do 4x-5x in mid term.
- IOST: This coin is a gem for mid term to long term HODL. With ICO price of 0.000005-0.00001 ETH, coin is expected to touch 0.00001 ETH in mid term. With an active team and a project with partnership in 9 countries, IOST can easily enter top 20 coins on CMC in mid term and can undergo an organic growth. Right now, price has bottomed out and is best to buy at this price.
- POA Network: A nice coin to retain for mid term. Consensus model is what needed for evolving in right direction with less power consumption and being more distributed, I expect coin to do 4x-5x in the time period of 3-4 months.
