Who knows. And if someone here says it's good for hodling at you gonna believe them. Your best bet is to research the projects and potential usecase if you want to hodl so long. It's easy to get trapped into a popular coin with no future. Rather buy solid use case under the radar for hodling
Right now, my ventures are spread out among Ripple, DeepOnion, Stellar, Litecoin and Ethereum. I think DeepOnion has the most potential among these coins since I trust it is very underestimated right now.
It is very heavy to predict what coins will be popular in several years and will make profit. But in the next months I will make a bias on new blockchains which have small capitalization because of a situation in the market. I very much like blockchains: Pchain and Quarckchain. In my opinion they will make good profit.
I think that such coins like Ethereum, EOS, Ripple, NEO, ADA, and OMG will bring you quite a lot of profit in the long run and keep them worth it in the long run.
I think that today almost any coin will bring a good return on a long-term investment. Market's down. I think it will be a great filter for shitcoinsETH is next to bitcoin and I see great potential in it in the coming years though bitcoin has still a great role in altcoin price in the market. There are still other altcoins and it is up to you which of those will you choose after your thorough research. This is a risky matket and what you need is patience and knowledge in order to survive.
My favorite after bitcoin is also ETH because of following reasons :
1) ETH is getting very popular as a payment medium.
2) ETH transfers are faster.
3) There are even less fees involved with ETH transfers.
In my opinion, ETH is a good coin that will evolve and grow in price as its team works on it all the time, it can bring good profit.
A lot of projects today do not develop properly or, more correctly, they do not do anything, and if done, it certainly is not done on time. Therefore, to say today that the projects are still made for the Hold, it seems to me very dangerous

Right now, you can't go wrong with cardano, NEO, EOS and ethereum, I think EOS is the one that is more promising, it has been dropping for some time so it is time to invest in it. what do you think, which tokens are a great investment for 5-10 years?

For 5 to 10 Years long-term investment, I would suggest you only established coins. Because we have seen my incidents like some good coins can scam you anytime. That's why I think for five to ten years investment, EOS, ETH, NEO, ADA, NEM, XEM, NPXS And obviously bitcoin will be the great options to hold for a long time. You should try this. If you need more suggestions then you can ask me anytime.
Pick a coin that has a low cost however has an awesome undertaking that will have such a popularity later on with the goal that it will build its cost exactly how it is evaluated. I completely agree with you that the market is risky and patience is needed, however, I don't think Eth is the next bitcoin. There are others with far much superior tech than Eth and they are still in their infancy, EOS, NEO, and GoChain. These still stand a big chance of making it big.
it would be the top 4 coins for me. Bitcoin- the most popular, the king of the cryptos, secured and anonymous. Ethereum- allows developers to create and deploy decentralized applications. Ripple- said to be the fastest, most scalable digital asset for payments. Monero- the secure, private, fungible, untraceable.

I think that now there are no such altcoins in which you can invest money for 5-10 years, because the market is changing very fast and it is not known what will happen in a year. what do you think, which tokens are a great investment for 5-10 years?

I think here you can bet only on Bitcoin and Etherum.
Perhaps they will show themselves well for such a long time - Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin, Cardano, Eos, Tron, Monero.
