I think etherium is very well suited for long-term investments
for now, good coins to buy are good coins and are suitable for long-term holdings such as btc, eth, ltc, neo, eos, or other coins, due to unstable and uncertain market conditions or even bear market lasts, and may take place in the long-term.

There's really only one way I know of the make any sort of steady income without risk in the cryptoverse: owning a masternode. the payment goes up and down depending on the number of MNs and the fiat trading price, but at least you get something while you're waiting for the market to recover. lending out coins on an exchange like BFX is risky even though you get a return because the exchange could get hacks or an embezzler could take it all. If you don't hold the private keys, you don't own crypto.

for me all coins will be a scam if we hold it within 5-10 years. this is my opinion only, if you believe it does not matter and if not, it does not matter. for long-term investment for 10 years is too long.
It seems to me that with the current drop in the price of all currencies, you can choose any coin from the top 50 cmc, buy it and just wait. 90% that it will grow and bring you profit.
I think now for 5-10 years to make is not worth it. Everything changes in just a couple of months. So that you can earn in the short term. As for the coins, I would have collected everything and waited.
The ones that have been on the market for more than months, those are the only ones that are going to survive in here independly from what happens on the market. Neo, ethereum, cardano, eos, and bitcoin, those are the most profitable ones
