If you wanna find some good coin for long-term, i will introduce some potential coins. Those are Ripple, ETH , Ethereum's advanced technology and wide range of applications make it possible for Ripple to collaborate with banks to a certain extent.

There are lots of coins now that have a great potential in the exchange market in the future but i think i will still stick in bitcoin and ethereum because i believe that these two us suitable for a long term investment.
Now the market is below and continues to fall. You can take any coin from the TOP-50, study projects and invest in the ones you like. The main thing is to competently diversify the investment portfolio. do not go wrong exactly. Personally, I really like coins EOS and ETH. Very promising coins with excellent technology and development.
I always thought that the project ethereum is a very good example of the stability of the project. But for some reason today I began to doubt this, very strange behavior of the project, because bitcoin is growing, and when bitcoin is growing, everything is growing. So now I can not say anything.
I will be bullish for lowcap coins that are privacy oriented. The features of this coins are really targeting the privacy and security of the users and can be used for long term purposes.
I'm not sure if the token will last for 5 or 10 years. or a newly emerging altcoin, I'm sure it also does not last long because it is not competing. it would be better to invest in an established coin such as bitcoin or etherum.

People keep saying that ADA is a great coin for long term, and by amount of those people it'll grow up fast so you have great opportunity for investment
Ethereum, Litecoin, NEO, ICX, KOMODO SYSCOIN . This year, these coins will grow. I can be sure that the next three years investing in this 5 coin with Bitcoin will still be profitable.
Given the failure of the experience of the market over the past six months, I begin to come to the conclusion that holding tokens is not the right tactic. When you buy tokens during ICO, you should wait for them to show any growth and then sell and look for other directions for investing.
In my own opinion, there are many good coin in the market that has a long term prospective, But as for me I will be going for infrastructure projects because I feel they have more long term use and they are good for long term investment.
It is very heavy to predict what coins will be popular in several years and will make profit. But in the next months I will make a bias on new blockchains which have small capitalization because of a situation in the market. I very much like blockchains: Pchain and Quarckchain. In my opinion they will make good profit.
If you are looking for altcoins. I recomended you HPB and OCN coins and of course the 60% of your asset must be BTC and ETH

It depends on your savings. If you've got little money - less than $3.000 - 5.000 - you'd better purchase only basic coins. If you've got money, you can diversify your portfolio by investing in much riskier coins!
well i read some article something that's disrupting the system of crowdfunding will become big. Like you cut the percentage the people who make a campaign and bring back what's they supposedly to own when the cut goes to the platform.
