Yes there are many altcoin also can be potential but bitcoin will be most secure investment for you. So it will be wise to choose bitcoin for long-term investment. Rather than from altcoin you can choose eth, bnb and lite coin .

i do think bitcoin still can go down significantly, i think it can be 90% from ATH just like the previous bear market.
if 20k can go to 3k it will be go down 82% so if 65k is BTC ath, it can be around 10k to 15k @btc

LTC is good and have so much credibility in crypto industry. 10 years old just like dogecoin but have less ROI than dogecoin.

It already transform the altcoin market in any shape or form because of their Dapps since the inception of this project. Although it has become more centralized when they moved to PoS now, but still the consensus and support is still there from the community. I guess we can't say BTC here because we are in the altcoin market.

But nevertheless, it's one of the best crypto to invest. It might be not for everyone specially those who are looking for a get to rich quick investments. It will take time for bitcoin to mature and goes on a parabolic rise as it has two cycle, bears and the bull cycle.

In any case, BNB, ADA and others on the top 10. Dark horse for me is GALA as it can also make a massive return and a new all time high next bull run season.
