Bitcoin is the safest but not the most profitable, ETH and BNB have outperformed bitcoin during the past bull season.
As a newbie without too much experience, you should not rush to invest in altcoins, should not seek high profits, but should prioritize knowledge as well as safety. Remember, high returns come with high risks, nothing is safe but high returns.
Bitcoin would be always the best choice and something that you could really be able to assure somewhat that it would be having a good future but we know that people and investors would be finding for another possible option on which they could really be able to deal with and this is via altcoins.
Bitcoin isn't an altcoins that's why it wasn't in my suggestions, of course Bitcoin should be the number one coin everyone should own as it's more reliable than any altcoins available in the market but we have other good altcoins.
The ones I mentioned are altcoins that won't fail as majority in the market will fail their investors. The reason for this is because they have very high demand at the moment and that demand would still be there in the next bull run.

well, that's a great idea. for starters, choosing bitcoin is a good decision. I would stick to Bitcoin all the way it has the highest chance of earning a profit and is not as risky compared to other cryptocurrencies out there. Other cryptocurrencies do give a higher profit but have higher risk as well, you could easily just invest a big percentage of your portfolio into bitcoin and then put around 10-20 percent of your portfolio into other altcoins that have a high return. Bitcoin is always the best choice to invest because it become rare as time past and there will be low supply meaning that demand might make it increase its market price in the future where all the bitcoin blocks are mine.

There are many cryptocurrencies out there that you can invest with and also you have the right one to decide all we need to do is to advise you what is the best for our perspectives. And for me Bnb, Ethereum and Bitcoin is the best cause we all know that these three coins is not high in risk of we are going to invest with them while in altcoin or new projects the risk are too high and also there are many scammers nowadays .
this depends on whether you want to choose to invest with low risk or high risk, if you want to invest in high risk, try investing in BNB, if you want to invest in high risk, try investing in new project altcoins, but my advice, never put eggs in the same basket

Millions of companies all around the world could also use bitcoin as a payment method as well, there is no law stopping them from accepting bitcoin in over a dozen big nations, and yet most companies do not do that. This is a proof enough that if CYMI is good, that doesn't mean that it will be used, it can provide any extra features or anything, rewards, partnerships, even bonuses for using it a lot, none of that will matter. Simply because one thing being good doesn't mean that it will be used, this is why I think it will not grow as much as people think, doesn't mean it's bad and sucks, just do not get too much hyped about it.

Most likely the top 10 altcoins, I wouldn't extend the list to top 20 as there could be some chances, top 10 for me might fit the best description to the OP. And obviously, although he is more of asking for altcoins, I think majority will agree to stick to bitcoin itself as the chances are slim that it will fall like the rest of altcoins.
But altcoins like Ethereum, Binance and Cardano is a good bet for me.
Actually I have those, but majority of my portfolio consists of BTC.
I think it is a bit better if you could remove some from top 10, and include some from top 20 instead. Like remove stablecoins easily, and then remove doge and shiba and xrp as well, those are all too risky to invest right now, and then add in stuff like sol or ltc and so forth. That is what I suggest people all the time, there is a reason why some coins are top ranked and that reason is still valid today and would go on for a long time.But altcoins like Ethereum, Binance and Cardano is a good bet for me.
