I think there is no need to ask about it is already known that bitcoin is the very best investment if you can hold it for a long term, many people believe in btc right now and i think it many investors or users may come and invest into it so before its too late again we must buy it and hold for good.
nowadays i'd always consider the layer 2 of ethereum is very good because they trying to solve real issue which is the ethereum gas fee problem in term of that these layer 2 are competitively trying hard to present their own solution in which i find it quite good that some project actually trying to solve real problems.

if you are a beginner then it is highly recommended for you to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin has a good record from year to year. but it is highly recommended for beginners not to become a "panic sell" person because it can harm yourself. keep calm even though market conditions are bad because it will definitely return to normal within a certain time. stay focused on your initial investment goals.

Yes Layer two Ethereum is currently being Hype because it is looking for a cheaper gas fee solution from the Ethereum network including Optimism, Arbitrum, Starknet, zkSync and others are becoming popular today because some have issued their coins to make access easier in their network, considering this network has been around for a long time running on the ethereum network of course if investing in it we will benefit in the long term. I think we shouldn’t debate much about this topic. We all know and agree that Bitcoins are the best coin possible to invest. At least it’s the best for long term trading and investment. The reason is pretty simple, we have seen what Bitcoins are capable of for the past 10+ years. Bitcoins have the largest marketcap and very much popular among the masses. Moreover the limited amount of Bitcoins makes the coin more valuable and hence you will definitely expected to get returns when the demand for the coin will increase. Now the choice is yours. Use your brain and choose wisely.
Interestingly, not that many people agree on that somehow. There are some people who are so passionate about some of the coins and tokens out there that they think it will pass above even bitcoin. I have no idea what makes them think that but I have seen plenty of them. ETH is the only one that remotely makes sense which I still think won't happen but I can understand why one may think it could, yet there are people who think coins which are even out of top 10-20 range, could end up being above bitcoin in the future.We should all realize that it's not going to happen and Bitcoin is the best coin and we should be doing fine for sure, I know it's not going to end up being easy, but that's how we should approach it.

There's a difference between crypto investment and entrepreneurship, and I believe that's what the person you quoted meant about "business". I also believe you knew that, coz if you don't, you're either naive or simply doesn't want to understand things in different perspective.
When you put up a business, you will probably have a physical product or service and you can always sell it as long as your product isn't perishable for short period of time. So, there's a lesser risk associated with it than investing into a wrong shitcoin.

If you're just starting out and you're not a risk taker only choose two coins Bitcoin and Ethereum, they have proven their mark in the market, and there are a lot of hype coins and coins that are being shilled in the market promoting them as the next Bitcoin or a coin that will replace Bitcoin do no believe these shills after 12 years it's still Bitcoin and will remain to be the top coin even until the last coin is mine. Since you are new in crypto space and your knowledge about crypto is less then you should think about the safest investment. And by the safest investment I mean investing in bitcoin and ethereum. Then when you gradually become experienced, your knowledge increases then you can think about investing in other coins.

If you want to invest with minimum knowledge just go all in for Bitcoin, before you invest in altcoins you should know about the basics of how the project works in the crypto space to prevent any fund lose because of scam projects. Or you can bring your best friend who can guide you to invest with minimum knowledge and always use the money that you can afford to lose, don't ever FOMO.

I prefer XRP and 0xMR but you don't actually have to invest in any cryptos to get rich. Just participate in bounty tasks on projects own bounty platforms, like QUAI, or on Zealy, which has bounties for new projects not listed on exchanges yet like SUI, Q Blockchain, and Shardeum.
