I will say bounty is more effective because in bounty you are required to perform some and you will get paid for it also bounty payment is high compare to airdrop. So bounty is more effective.
Airdrop is easy , It won't need more your time. But very few airdrops are legit. So i prefer bounty, it required a lot of work but the assurance of getting a token is high. Promote only legit ico.
When it comes to the benefit of the ICO project doing airdrop is effective to promote their project as it only requires a simple kind of job but a good and efficient ways that will hit in the forum and social media. But in terms of getting rewards or tokens from the project being promoted then i prefer bounty campaign because you can get more tokens on it especially if you are in high rank in bitcointalk forum. The rank will also determine the possible rewards to get.
the most effective is bounty because when you see a project or bounty campign you would have to study its rules and regulations before embarking on it but come to airdrop it is for that minuet and it is finished infect some of the airdrop are scam so bounty campigns are of effective than airdrop.
If you are talking about efficiency, then airdrops are faster, but this year's airdrop quality is very low. Many airdrops don't give rewards. The rewards mission takes a long time, but most of them are rewarded!

Bounty is more efficient but you have to be patient because the Bounty payment takes a long time and it takes months to get the reward. Usually works on the bounty is harder than Airdrop. A lot of good bounty with good coins

Indeed airdrop has little rules but the result is not in accordance with our expectations. I'd love to play for prizes. Like, follow bounty campaign signature. Gifts received has been very clear and the results exceeded our expectations. So that we can get many gifts, of course, we must often participate in the campaign.

Airdrops are probably the easiest way to gain some tokens that could grow in price in some time. But in my expirience they are just a waste of time and energy. Doing bounty campaignes requires more time and efforts but more often it brings profit. So, my choice is Bounty!

I like both because airdrop is like a free money but sometimes airdrops tokens have no value and it became a dead token and also airdrops have only small amount of tokens give to airdroppers while bounty mostly they became big tokens when they got value in the exchanges and you are being paid bigger than the airdrops. for example if you are joinig in a signature campaign your share is a lot bigger compare to airdrops and it is worth joining for.
I prefer bounty because bounty can give coins that have more potential in the future. airdrop for me is just a waste of time because most of them are scam even has no value
