Watching a game can of course be interesting and fun.

Gambling on it is basically an independent event. You might not even like the game but you follow it because of your bet.

And then you can also enjoy a game without having any bets on it. They are simply independent things.

You will not feel any pressure if you enjoy gambling without any bet but there are many gamblers who enjoy the pressure. I have heard from some of my friends that they like to watch while the betting. They assume that the gambler observes every event related to a game while a bet is set. But if they don't bet they don't have that excitement. And the games that have no excitement it seems to be boring.

Whether one enjoys the game after betting or not, it totally depends on the individual. There are many who do not want to take pressure. They want to enjoy a good game without tension. I think the game can be enjoyed with or without betting that's how he gets pleasure. But I personally enjoy betting the most with watching the game.

I also do the same thing because I only gamble on holidays and sometimes only for football betting and fighter betting using a limited budget. Apart from that, I like watching without betting to enjoy the gambling session in progress, sometimes also referring to emotions because betting results do not match expectations but we never suffer financial losses because we are not involved in betting. Examples include tonight's final football match where many place high bets because they are counting on their favorite team to win the final cup.

I monitored the match session and saw the expressions of those betting on football, there were gamblers who regretted placing high bets based on the assessment from the first half and some other gamblers were optimistic about winning the bet.

Me I prefer watching without placing any bit so that I can come down and have my fun and be happy like others, but if I am on bet, I will start thinking about a lot reasoning different things altogether trying to see how my emotion can control the game, but it doesn’t work that way. The only thing that is good is for you to sit down and watch without putting any bets or whenever you are on betting just let the match go for that day  maybe you can be checking the live score

Of course, when we are betting our money on our favorite club, we will definitely be very excited to watch it and place a bet on our favorite club to support them to win. After placing a bet, our instincts will be carried away by the atmosphere of watching the match with full of sensations, whether pleasant or tense sensations and It's very interesting for football fans, but if we see our favorite club lose, we will definitely become emotional, but that's the instinct that exists within us if we watch it, especially if we watch it with our friends, the sensation will be more interesting if they also place bets. the same thing and even though you lose, your friends also feel the loss.

If you watch while not placing a bet I think it is less tense even though it still looks exciting but if you lose it will be normal even though you are also quite annoyed but you don't lose money. The sensation is different when we are betting, the atmosphere is more tense because we involve money but if the club you are betting on wins then The fun will be extraordinary and you can sleep soundly because apart from seeing your club win, you also get profits from betting.

Both of them are fun but for me i prefer watching game without bet because i am very emotional person because i feel relaxed when am watching a game without bet. watching a game with bet makes me feel tensed and very un-comfortable because i will not be focused i will rather place my attention on my games instead of to enjoy the game that i am watching.  In addition, there are sets of individuals also who believed that they could have fun when they are watching a game with bet, and they also see it as an opportunity to track their gambling progress. Earlier 2020 i saw a man who nearly gave up because he was watching a game with bet and one game made him to lose the ticket and the man nearly gave up because he was so depressed and frustrated and has alot of plans on his head on how he will spend his money if he eventually wins the game.however,i will encourage everyone who is prone to hypertension and emeotional trauma to desist from watching games with bet so as not to tamper with their health conditions instead they should consider watching games without bets so as to have fun.

I think things are very different in sports betting and in the casino with games like slots or something like that, because personally when I have my analysis and decide to make the bet, I look at my game and I even make an effort for the team I bet on, Of course when you lose the pain is double, first because your favorite team loses and second because the money was lost, that is something that I cannot avoid, the emotions there are no longer how to control them, while you avoid them time will pass very slowly and it will come with an anxiety process that I really don't recommend, unless you go out with your family for a walk or something like that, but that takes away all the emotion completely, but if the person feels good like that, then they should do it, the important thing is mental health and comprehensive.

Watching A game I staked on is invitation to high blood pressure for me, I better just stake and don't watch, In Fact, I don't even check the scores online regularly because anything that put me under unnecessary pressure, I'm always fast to avoid it.

I prefer watching matches I don't stake on, knowing I got no strings attached to the match keeps me neutral and comfortable. I enjoy matches when I'm comfortable and my brain functions better to analyze and communicate properly with my colleagues during match time.  Anybody that watched a match with stakes, that person has my respect for his level of emotional control. I've tried it before and the level of emotional imbalance I got that day was a real indication that it wasn't good for me and I avoided it ever on.

There's additional excitement when it's your favorite club and then against their rival, so to add some spice to your viewing experience. All you gotta do is to put some bet on it and you'll disregard with the odds. But wise gamblers, they're forgetting about themselves being a fan if the odds aren't favorable because it is still their money that will be taken into risk and if they lose, their club won't compensate that and that won't even prove that they're a die hard fan, we're already on the 2020's and there's no need to classify who is a die hard fan and who's not.

I think bet without watching the game is better because is emotional, so when you bet and wants to be emotionally free don't watch such game, I know we might be seeing it in different angle but I have been a victim of this and I don't advise anybody to do the same because of the health effect, i place a bet on a particular team, I decided to watch that match, so in the process of that game the team I played against was wining, i started shaking, although my favourite team later won but i did not finish watching the match, starting from that I stopped that habit.
I don't even bet the team that I support, because I may because I always want to be free when am watching my team play so I decided not to gamble with my team, however individuals differs and knows what they like and we can't change that established fact.

I have been trying to detach emotion from my gambling for my own good. What is best to do is to zero your mind on the outcome and not let the sentiment of the team betted to win cloud your reaction regardless of whether it is your club/team or not. What matters is coordinated behaviour above all other things else, and if it is an issue, then it is so good for the gambler to avoid such a situation where the bettor will be watching the team betted on regardless of whether it is your team or not.

Reactions happen truly and it could be ugly at times if not better managed. This is the time you will see some people taking the slightest matter too personally in the viewing centre and even at home, and I have seen many like that, which is not worth it. Maturity goes a long way and if you are such that will not be able to comport yourself in some situation, then avoid it, that's my plight here.

As for the guy, I simply do not understand what he meant by "beating favourite team." Could it be that he betted against his own team? If that is the case, then I see him as more heroic and natural to face reality and thereby bet on what his speculation says is right. So beating his team here will mean nothing to him at all.

There is no better way to watch a football match if you are not really expecting, just like watching your favourite team play against a rival team and you would be very active and would want your team to win with every thign in you, that's the same way I feel when I place a bet on a team, I would also be emotionally connected cause my money is on the line even if I hate the team, at that moment I'll be their best fan and would want them to win, IMO I think watching with bet is more thrilling than not.

Yeah i  think you're right, watching a team I bet on is mostly fun when they're winning but watching them lose is very annoying and no matter how hard it try, I find it difficult to control my emotions. I remember once when I betted on my favourite team to win, they won the derby game and i was very excited cause they didn't only make me win a bet but won a Derby match which is very tough.

 But it's mostly annoying when I bet on them to win a mediocre team and they're not playing up to standards, it hurts more and sometimes I even regret watching them misbehave on the pitch, I'll even rather prefer to hear they lost than watch them lose against a mediocre team, especially when I was very sure they're in the best position to win. But lately I'm learning to control my emotions not to get too affected by a lose.

I am having a very good laugh reading your comment bud, all that you said is so true, made me remember a fight that once broke out in a viewing center that is very close to where I previously lived before relocating to where I live now, it was this same type of scenerio that lead to the fight, it was a very serious fight that lead to the death of two persons who were said to be stabbed with a broken bottle, no one to rush them to the hospital on time and they both died of over bleeding.

A dude was said to have bet heavily on the losing team, and he was very angry because a huge amount of money was on the line for him, one player from the winning team mistakenly knocked down another player from the losing team, and the referee did nothing, and when a player from the losing team mistakenly knocked down another player from the winning team, the referee blew foul and awarded a penalty kick to the winning team, and this lead to the wining team scoring another goal, this dude became very furious and started lamenting, another dude responded to him and they both started arguing, and before people knew what was happening, the furious dude pushed the other dude, and they started fighting, from the two fighting, it soon escalated into a riout which had many running for life, this was catalyzed by some thugs that came into the scene and joined in the fight, soon, bottle were being broken left and left and this was how several persons got stabbed, those who could move ran away to save themselves, the two that later died were stabbed in areas that could allow them move, and before police arrived to rush the two to the hospital, they had already ran too short of blood and they died in the process of taking them to the hospital.

This is why I completely stopped going to viewing centers to watch match, wether I bet on that game or not.

Watching a game you bet on sometimes can be very fun while sometimes it can be very annoying just imagine a scenario where you played Madrid to win Barcelona and then first half Madrid is leading with 2 goals to nothing and they still have highest on target and possession you will see that the game will be very interesting to watch, you will be smiling with everybody now lets take the reverse of this case you played Madrid to win Barcelona and Barcelona is leading with 2 goals to nothing and they have highest on target and possession you will be so angry and aggressive, sometimes if you don't hold yourself or you can't control yourself it can lead to a fight, maybe something that was suppose to be a foul ball and referee refuse to acknowledge it and a Barcelona fan close to you is saying is not a foul mean while your ticket is cutting if you don't hold yourself you can start a fight with the person.

Gambling is certainly all about money.

We do these bets not because we're die-hard fans but it's actually what we want to have and for us to get some profits decently with our favorite teams that are about to play.

So, it's the same football and basketball. We as fans will watch them even without bets but it's more fun if we're going to do that in accordance of some bets.

Betting and seeing the live game is giving out that thrill and this is how gambling should really be treated up on which you are making up bets for you to enjoy and have some thrill, because majority will really be making out some bets without minding about seeing or watching it live as long they are making money then that what matter the most. Seeing games without a bet isnt something that gives out thrill
unless if you are really that a fan of a certain sport and being a fan of a certain team then this wont really be an exemption on which you would definitely be watching it out.
Fun is there and the thrill could be felt if you do see your team winning or losing. It would really be just that depending on you on how you would really be that making yourself with your
betting behavior.

I would say that watching matches without placing a bet on them is fun as long as you are watching your favourite sports and favourite teams/players. The win and loss of the teams may have some effect on your emotions but not that much if you were betting on those matches.

In case we are betting on a match also and our teams win, then the fun is doubled and there is no joy compared to that however if the team loses and we lose the bet, then all the fun is gone and the emotions are turned from happiness to sorrow and regret. The gamblers should know the pro and cons of betting, however, this is not something that can be won always. If the gamblers know that losing is a part of gambling too, only then we can say that watching and betting on a match is more fun.

I get the most excitement when I have something at stake and when it comes to fun for me it works for me that way than just watching the match without having anything at stake, gambling for some people is all about the money and they have nothing to do with any other fun asides the money their gain from football bets.
There are some people who are not used to Gambling and sees it as the fast lane to addictions can love the game and have fun from just being a fan of the football team, but not for someone who already know how gambling works and how to seek fun from it at all time.

Well, for me... I prefer to watch with my bet, that is the fun of the game and it will make one to be eager and pray to win although it might lead to heart problem like high BP which might lead some people to death, that is why they said if your heart it's not strong, don't join and we should always bear it mind that it's for fun, by that way we won't always fall a victim, so as for me I do watch with a bet and said to myself that if I perish I perish.
