If you want to enjoy the game you are watching, make sure you did not bet on it. Because when you watch it, you may start getting frustrated even before the game ends. Normally, if you lose, you simple lose, but when watching the game, you may be tempted to nag, complain and this can put you off mood, Making you sad even before it’s all over. Also, for most people, they could be anxious multiple times in between the match. Best thing to do is, watch another match while the one you staked on is ongoing, so you at least take your mind off it because it isn’t your mind or wish that determines the score… you’ll still see what it was meant to be anyway.
Yes if you're watching a game to chill, maybe skip betting on it. Otherwise, you might find yourself in a frustrated mood, complaining about every play. It's cool to catch another match or do something else while your bet game is happening. After all, the score's gonna be what it is, and stressing won't change that

We should think of gambling like once it's gone, it's gone. Treat wins as a bonus, not a paycheck. If a bet doesn't go your way, shake it off by doing stuff you love. It's all about keeping it light and remembering there's more to life than just the bets.
