It comes from greed. Actually, that voice and feeling is the greed itself pushing you to gamble further, since you have already pictured the potential winnings and the things you could do with all that money. That is the feeling most of casinos try to rely on to tempt people to continue to gamble further in the long term, increasing their profits.
I would say that for us to be responsible gamblers and not to take steps in the casinos which could lead us to regrets, it would be ideal not to only think of the potential winnings of our bets, but also consider the posible losses which could come with that increased wager we start to consider when putting our bet on the table.

I feel the same way as you do many times I wish that I will finally hit the jackpot so I keep adding up if you have no self-control you will eventually lose your bankroll in the shortest possible time and you will end up chasing your losses and adding more money to keep you playing, you must have control on your bankroll it's a sure sign of addiction if you have poor management of bankroll.

The thing that comes into my mind when placing a bet is just acceptance that it could be a losing one in order to save myself from frustration and regrets. We tend to have such thougts after the result; either regret of betting because it is a losing bet or regret of not going all out because it turned out to be a winning bet. I do practice deleting these reactions in every bet simply because it doesn't make sense and will just affect my next betting experience. If these thoughts are owning you everytime you are playing then just stop gambling because it won't let you enjoy playing. You should accept things right from the start that we don't have full control of results which are in accordance with what we want.

Yes, I feel that too. When you see better odds you usually increase the bet to get a bigger return. Likewise, when we get a small winning streak, there is a feeling of wanting to increase the bet for better results.
But to be honest, situations like that are normal for gamblers to experience. but the results are sometimes just the opposite. But some get lucky when they raise their bets and get bigger wins.
I consider all of this not a gambling strategy. it was purely our luck.

This is about emotional control and it plays important role in our decision making process as far as gambling is concern. As a gambler, the first thing to do before even making your selection is to know how much you are going to spend on that particular session. If you are able to do this and abide by it consistently, it will reduce the chances of your mind being influenced to increase your wager that might probably lead to your colossal lose.. It's normal to have those feelings and it happens to everyone but if you are always trigger to act based on your feelings, you still have a long way to go and your bankruptcy is imminent. Whenever I place a bet I think that I am going to hit it and that is the standart feeling for most gamblers.Of course when we are betting on realistic odds of less than 50 for example that is the feeling,while when I place such bets with odds of 1000 or more of course the feeling is much different,it is the feeling of if it hits it hits and no normal person with reasonable reason would think when placing bets with these odds are going to hit those.

This is normal because of our greed. We are always tempted to increase our bets especially if we are experiencing winning bets due to the potential additional profit we can get for the increase.
