The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.
If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

Bear market is a very good opportunity mostly for those that are very good and wise with trading. I also see it as an advantage to get my good coins at a cheap rate
Back then in 2018, I made tons of money trading very low and undervalued coins which spiked few days later. Bear market is actually good for sensible traders. All you have to do is buy low and sell higher at any comfortable rate. Generally, as less glamorous the bear market looks, its the best time to make money
Very well said. Though Bear market hurts many investors but you got the point. It pulled up some very good projects. It's also teach us that we should be patient and wait to invest in a good project. And it's also point out the scam projects which is good for real investors.
You are very correct. The break market was able to cub out bad from good projects. I know many project that didn't list, waiting for the market to recover or waiting to btc to reach a specific amount. Some also expected to list at q4 of 2018 thinking that the btc price would go up like in 2017. Some of them are dead now because they were disappointed by the market and can't keep up. This is one advantage of the bear market.
Bear market is a great way to buy coins at a cheap price, and if things improve, we will certainly get a big profiti,in my opinion. of course is a good choice that exists at this time. and I really want to invest in this bear market.
A bear market is not bad. l would not like to sound absolutely ridiculous but l have pointed out that it would beneficial. Because all the price goes down. People can buy them cheaper than old prices. But they only worry about it, it can take a long time to get again old profit. Waiting is a little bit boring for some people.
to make a new investment might be good by buying assets at a low price. but for trade I think the decline in the market is very bad, it will not give money to traders.

The bear market has both pluses and minuses, but I believe that it is easier to trade and make money in the bull market than in the bear market
