I dont think everything about the bear market is bad. It is instrumental in fishing out the bad projects from the good ones. In the beer market some good projects find it hard to survive and the bad project definitely wouldn't.
It is also a chance to buy some cheap coins before they pump again.

we have different situation while facing bearish trend market.as short term trader ofcourse there are many opportunities appear in market by picking up cheap coins.but as long term investors it make us very stress.our investment value still not recovery yet.

You are very right, the bear market makes it easy to filter the good projects from the bad ones. And aside from that it also gives investors the opportunity to fill their bags and acquire good altcoins at a bargain price for the time the market will surge again.

If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.
