^^^^^ Military ineligibility is an issue everywhere, and its is not just limited to the United States. For example, in Eastern Euroepan countries such as Russia and Ukraine, it is even worse. China, Japan and India are not faring that well either. Fortunately, now machines and equipment are increasingly replacing the soldiers.

I would say that the United States is having more reliable allies, when compared to Russia. The allies of Russia, such as Syria, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Venezuela, Belarus.etc are very vulnerable to regime change.
