There are people who keep panicking because of the declining of the cryptocurrency market. They are too worry to their investment because they do not have trust and faith to it. Most of my money are on bitcoins and I have strong faith to it that its price will recover soon.
My father is anxious pertaining to the fall and rise in bitcoin price. He has four(4) btc and he is afraid to hodl. He wants to sell at a lower rate. Any advice for him?
Anxious can result to panicking so it is better if we will keep being positive. We cannot get something from being anxious. We should just focus on the strategies that we should use in order to survive in the market. 
Anxiety is brought upon by stress so if youre stressing the price of Bitcoin, this is where your anxiety is coming from.
For a person to buy Bitcoin at a price of, for example, 5,000$ and now see the price around 3,500$, you can become anxious to when you will recover your money.

It is time to hold and buy more. 4BTC is a decent investment there is no point to sell during the bearish market. If possible buy more
so, that in upcoming bull run you will have good number of funds to trade on.
Anxiety is for those who invested during its high price. I am also worried right now because I am also holding a bitcoin. The good thing for me is that I do not buy it. I earned it by selling my tokens from campaigns. Well, its useless to worry. Just relax, trust the bitcoin valuability. I guess and hope that time will come, its price will go higher.Just be patient.
No need to be so anxious about the price of bitcoin because the today's fall down in price is only temporary and no longer. The coming future of bitcoin is bright and every person who hold the bitcoin will definitely earn in coming future.So don't panic just wait till the price come up.
Tell your daddy to hold as long as he can because bitcoin price will surely go high in the future. Adoption is still on going and with that is a good news already to your dad and he should be cheerful about it too. Since he invested on bitcoin he already the risked about it and patience is always the key to succeed in crypto currency.
A possible bullrun this year for bitcoin is not yet in sight and its price is still declining as of this moment. Your father might have still no basic knowledge on cryptocurrencies and this is one of the reasons why he is anxious about bitcoin price. Bitcoin can recover but it takes time so advise your father to wait more and be patient. But there are also option like investing in an altcoin with a potential to go up several days/weeks from now.

I agree with you mate, since the bitcoin price is still on the bearish market, we don't have nothing else to do and that is to wait and be patient as what you had mentioned. Because, i do believe bull run will come next after the bearsih market. We just cant predict though when its totally recover thus, it must required more patient.

I think 4 btc is a huge amount, don't sell at a low price if you don't want to lose it, I recommend telling your father to keep the bitcoin. I think that when cryptocurrency is clearly regulated by countries by law, consider bitcoin as a type of securities and approved by SEC in the coming time. Bitcoin will increase sharply again. Please hodl 4 btc after 2-3 years and you will get a great profit.
The market value of BTC sometimes it fall, but most of the time its gradually increases, its just a matter of time and timing. One thing is for sure by the end of the year, the value of BTC that year, is greater than the value of BTC on its previous year.
I will still recommend to keep your father's bitcoin. Everyone can have opinions and predictions about the value of bitcoin. Although currently the price of bitcoin continues to decline, I will remain optimistic that there will be a change in circumstances. If indeed there is no news to improve, I'll to still wait even though the price of bitcoin falls at a price of $ 100. Because I'm fan crypto.

Letting your anxious rule over yourself will lead you to losing your hard earned money. Instead of being worried, try to relax yourself. Stay positive. Let go of negative thoughts and refocus your mind on something positive no matter how small it may be. Remember that there's a rainbow always after the rain. If there's a bear market, then there is also a bull run. So, let's just wait. Anyway, while waiting, try to do something that is useful. Just my two cents though.
if for me personally it would be nice if we hold btc even though it takes a long time to wait for it to be held first and continue to hold the BTC and besides that we also collect the opportunity we continue to search carefully and wait until the next few months who knows there is the next day's surprise.

Usually, peoples who anxious about bitcoin price are they who have many coins in their possession.
If you have only some fractions of bitcoin, then you won't be anxious about it because you won't loss much if the price going down.
