Yeah, you're right. Most bounty hunters sell their coins immediately they get listed on exchange. Also, they realise the kind of tokens they get; no one knows the future of those coins. One of those reasons is the fact that most of those coins are always delayed, so they'll think they've waisted enough time already. I do the same too.

We have different reasons on how we deal our bounty rewards. Usually , we sell the bounty rewards immediately as we badly needed money as we know that hñit has potential to grow as I did the first i receive my reward. But it doesnt mean we always sell it all, some of them we hold it save it for future plan.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

i think because they don't understand about the market situation.
they just want to earn fast money and quick profit without waiting.
if they understand, they will hold until the market price are stable.

simply getting the job done
simply they only have a small coin, if you have to hold the coin, especially if with a long time must have a little growth. certainly different from investors because they want the best for project development so they wait until the project really runs.

In my opinion, bounty hunters sell these in hope of a good payout. Also sometimes the bounty is delayed by many projects which forces someone to sell as they lose faith. Currently, the market situation is also not good. I personally hold my bounties for long term.

They sell because they want to get a quick profit without waiting for the growth of crypto-active. Sometimes this is the right decision and sometimes not. Here you will not guess.

Its matter of choice but basically if a project is just listed the price will be high will later fall and later rise again on the long run, but some bounty hunter may not want to have the patient to rise again after the first rise, so at the first rise they sell reward immediately or not quite from the day being receive

Because they are not sure that the future of the tokens will be great. Nowadays the market is red and they are trying to get cash as fast as they can.

Not all hunters immediately sell tokens. Those who sell simply refers to this, how to work and wants to make a profit for the work done right away. That is, they are not particularly interested in the project in which they take part. I personally select projects carefully, so I do not sell tokens right away.

I think bounty hunters should keep the tokens they get in the long run. When they sell them right away, it won't benefit either side.

Its just a habit that the bounty hunters have developed overtime, most of them are just eager to make money but aren't interested in the projects, they tend to dump off the coins  mostly at a very cheap price, affecting the whole project in the process, its not as easy to control dumping as the hunters  have full control of the coins and there is nothing you can do about it

I think they want already to receive their income and they don't want to hold it because they want money. They work for it and they don't spend money to invest with so that they want to sell their rewards to have an income to their hardwork. They take the opportunity if the value of this coin is in high value and they don't want to take time to hold it more in the future. All of us has a main purpose in here so that you will never know what in their minds are.
Yes, I agree with you. Most of bounty hunters are not rich (I'm not rich also  Cry). So the reward from bounty campaigns is really worth with them. They need money to spend for their life and they don't want to risk

I had held my coins that I received from a bounty and then I lost nearly all of them because its price went down.
So I think it should be better to sell the coins that are not in top 30 and buy a better coin that in top 30.

If you don't understand the situation in the market and the future of your coin, you will surely easily unhold it. This is the manners of most bounty hunters that are here in this forum.

Cryptocurrency is a great source of money. Bounty hunter work really hard for long time. And when they get reward sale quickly i think they need fiat money. And also they sale it if it has good price. Some one sale quickly reward token and buy bitcoin.

Because when some new items are traded, their prices will fall, so many bounty hunters will sell their bounty tokens when they first get on the exchange, which I think is the right choice if You think that the bounty project you have done is excellent, then you can choose to keep 50%.

There may be many reasons for such actions, it may be because they are financially broke and they need some money so as to manage. And it can be that the ICO price is very high in exchange and they use the opportunity to gain more profit before the price come down again, and it can be they wanted to use the reward to buy some coin and hold for a long time.

In order to avoid being scammed since there are multiple projects which resulted to be scam. People are afraid of holding unknown token which they have received and they do not rely much on the future growth of their chosen project. Personally, I sell a small number of tokens no matter how the project is behaving; by selling them I know that I have received something no matter what will happen after

As far as I know most of the coins price go down after the end of ICO. They don't know the meaning of holding. They just want instant money. That's why they sell token as soon as they get it.

Its just a common bounty hunter habit to sell early, most of the times leading to big dumps in the value of the coins that they might have been dumping a they tend to sell cheaply, most of the times below the ICOs prices. Most of the times they are just too eager to make money of the coins and end up selling coins that might have earned them better returns if only the waited a little longer
