Praying is the right of every human being, the goal of praying clearly different people will have one thing in common is to hope that God grant what is expected by the human
If you really think about it, you are being a total douche when you pray for anything
You are basically telling god... that you know what is best, more than god does
By praying, you are saying...
"Hey god, I know you don't want to give me a new car, but I want it anyway"
"Screw your perfect/divine plan god, I want a new car... me me me me me me, it's all about me"
If it is god's will... why are you trying to change god's will?
Do you really think you know better than god does?
Or, are people just selfish and don't care what god has planned?

Personally I am not telling God what to do when I pray. I am asking for his wisdom ,guidance and grace. I believe God is all powerful and he ask us to pray so why would I not do so. If he has asked for people to pray to him it only stands to reason that he listens and judges accordingly to the worthiness of your prayers.
Prayer is a very importsnt aspect in a religious person's life. As you've said, this is how you talk to god. And it also keeps people closer tobtheir beliefs. I think even atheists at times would be praying themselves if they find themselves into some situations. We can all agree whether we believe or not tbat prayer is a strong indication that a person has faith and there will be times no matter how non-believers deny it, that prayers actually work
Prayer doesn't apply to hedonists, but I'm not such a person, I need god and pray is the best way. For the atheist is like a joke but it can actually be interpreted as a boisterous spirit suggestion.

My thinking is that every man have right on his private life. That's thinks are not matter in business world.
It's simply a part what religion demand to people to do.
Man will not live without God. God created everything, earth and sky. God created man and deadly. Man can not resist the power of God.

Funny position. You have to be conscious and not God and your parents and instead of asking for God's help which is not and never was go to the parents and ask them for advice. Sure they always help you. What is your God, he is ever helped someone? The question of course is rhetorical.

God has a perfect time for our wishes. But for me not all of our wishes will do to come true, because God has a purpose of everything of why this is all happening for us, why they are poor and rich people. We all know that even rich and poor people have problems in life and for me God made it for us to grow and for us to learn from it, we are praying to lean on him and not just by wishing some material things.

Daniel 9:18 tells us: “We do not ask because we deserve help, but because you are so merciful.” (Mercy means showing favor, compassion, and kindness.)
God’s ultimate demonstration of love is forgiveness of the sins each of us have committed. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it” (John 3:16-17).
He is the only God who has done this, and is the only God able to do so. But His enemy, Satan, has sent many false gods to deceive mankind. Do not be deceived nor allow anything or anyone to take priority over the only true and living God.

praying is the only way to talk to God. prayer helps us to deplete our stress and our problems because we are talking to our God. every religion has a different God but still respect every religion because that's how they live and they've used to it. So in short praying is one of the process where you can help yourself because you have a faith on your God.
In the holy scripture God give us commandment to pray. Several places in the bible we were ask to pray for our nations, for kingdom of God itself, for our peace and for ourselves. Prayer create this understand in us that without God we can not do anything of ourselves. Prayer is good and it most be directed to him that ask us to pray.
