Using different bitcoin wallets is somehow  a good preventive measure to minimize the loss, at least. Scaterred funds are much better than putting all of them in a single knapsack.

Another thing is the wallet feature of each kind of wallet that will depend on user's interest.

I am using a few, I do it because I am gambling sometimes. I always label each so I could see where are each transaction came from Smiley

Sooner or later you will find only your sum of bitcoins and leave off your labels and it's origin. It's from my experience.
But it's a good practice to label wallets and address for future reference.

Yup. they will just sum up in the end. and yes, I do label it for future references. who knows, i might need to check each sooner or later..  Smiley

It is all about choices. You could ask similar question about everything: why do we have so many models of cars, smartphones or different brands offering almost the same products.
It is same story with bitcoin wallets, users have the abitlity to choose wallet based on their personal preferences, online wallet, local wallet, wallet with SPV or full validation etc.

because every person sometimes wants to ensure the confidentiality of bitcoin number in his wallet. so the main wallet and wallet secondary distinguished.

Different wallets for different needs and different devices. Better have many options and be in doubt of which one pick than don't have the one that will fit your need.

I personally use only 2, though

I have just one wallet and it's on my laptop..password protected.
Just don't see need for multiple wallets.

Some users have big amounts of bitcoins, and want to keep them safe on cold storage (systems not connected to internet). In this case you need another wallet connected on internet for your daily bitcoin spendings.
If you have all your bitcoins on your laptop wallet, be sure that your password is secure, and keep your laptop safe from malware and virus.

every one has their own reasons, but my reasons are very simple i use two types of wallets one online web wallet and one hardware wallet which i can carry anywhere and use it,

online web wallet i use it for gambling and sports betting for which i use coinbase which is very good , and for hardware wallet i use electrum with which i store all my savings of bitcoins which i won or earned through signature campaign.

I'm using one multi wallet. And those on exchanges, But i'm changing password very often. Security is priority!
2FA must be!
Don't like cold wallets and those with sync too long . taking much time.
Bitcoin wallet security whether it should change the password change? Now there are some bitcoin wallet that already have security of each transaction.
And as long as you do not give information bitcoin wallet and I think it would be safe

Because every one has separate wishes.
I for one use the default QT wallet for bigger amounts of money.

And i got a blockchain wallet with ~0.5 BTC for daily usage.

People are using multiple wallet to probably feel safer. If you loose one you don't loose everything. I'm using 2 wallet, an online one for my daily use (bet etc...) and a 'cold storage' one for my savings Wink

I think that people use multiple wallets so that their Bitcoin is safer. If you lose 1 account with all your Bitcoin, that would be bad.
