The main reason for the fall in ICO is because ethereum price is falling seriously which is as a result of the bitcoin price fall. The market situation isn't helping matters at all.

Yes, now it is more profitable to buy a promising coin after the release of ya exchange, because in most cases, its price will be lower than on ICO.

The market condition generally is not favorable for growth which is how I see it, so it is understandable to see this happen and it is always a good time to accumulate the dips anyway. It has happened before, considering before the last year August fork when bitcoin started a huge uptrend and the dominance increased hugely, a lot of the ICO market took the hit as well, trading below ICO price, but earlier this year, we saw huge gains in a lot of them, but the thing with this market is that, it is a volatile market, which is why we are still seeing a lot of them back to their historical support, but it sure does not change the fact that those with long term potentials wont still do well when the market recovers.
