You should be aware of the problem, the thing that is infringed is not bitcoin but your wallet. This happens when you expose your information, or you have downloaded malicious programs. Error is not due to security of blockchain, error is caused by yourself.

In most cases there is no break-in, there is the stupidity of the person who gave away his coins. And all this is happening in the crypto world because there are a lot of big money and there are a lot of "stupid" people who just started to understand cryptoworld. I don't want to offend anyone, I just want to say that the loss of coins is on everyone's conscience

Most of hackers now targeting bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is very worth today. The money is there, as cryptocurrency users we should be careful about where we save  our cryptocurrencies. Exchanges site is not save place.

You should try to research about Bitcoin's features compared to altcoins. Bitcoin so far is non-hackable and there are no records of it being hacked systematically. Don't confuse things and open your eyes. Cryptocurrency are bound to experience those crimes since it exists in the World Wide Web. The Internet is a very dangerous and risky place to put your money and assets without the right knowledge. Accumulate more knowledge and tips on how to be secured in the Internet. It is common sense to get yourself secure in the digital world.

It is very difficult to provide 100% security to your wallets, exchanges and accounts. No matter how you protect them, you can not provide absolute security.

You can get close enough by generating the private key(s) on an air gapped offline machine and having multiple redundant backups that are also not connected to any communication channels. If anything it's one of the more secure things in the world.

Is it really that hard to prevent hackers from hacking exchanges, wallets and God knows what other methods they use...
I mean how on earth is crypto supposed to flourish if it's so venerable to hackers?
Every month a huge hack happens and totally destroys the crypto image yet again.
At this rate, bitcoin will go to $1 as it gets hacked every day.
Is it possible to take simple precautions to protect against hackers?
For a so called "unhackable" wallet, private key ect, it seems to be a cake walk for any hacker.
Sorry for the rant, it's just irritating to see crypto slowly dying because of hacks.

hacks are becoming parts of everyday lives, not only in crypto. We need to learn to protect ourselves and not leave ourselves vulnerable. Centralized exchanges will become past soon.

Yes i agree that hacking is part of our daily lives. So we should be extra careful in everything we do coz hackers are everywhere.

The revolution will be monetized!
For the record, there has NEVER been a hack of bitcoin. People have had their coin stolen from hacked websites, but the protocol has nothing to hack.

Because it is known to be a good source of income nowadays. The hackers do take advantage of it and that sucks! They do bad just to be rich or profitable.
Yes, I also think that is the reason. Of course, hackers will go to the big fish and bitcoin and other cryptocurrency has a huge value so it is a no brainer, Cryptocurrency having a huge value tends to attract hackers. It is an easy money for them and it is more convenient than to hack bank account where they could be tracked down.

Because the bitcoin value is so high in dollars, hackers are still treading holes in the security software. They use bugs that the bitcoin developers themselves to exploit to exploit, take possession of bitcoin. As the value of bitcoin grew, the demand for black hat hackers increased.

It's straightforward answer, it's esteem that is appealing for programmers. They wouldn't assault anything they don't have utilization of and can't get some material pick up.

Lamentably, programmer assaults are getting increasingly complex and it's getting harder to have adecvate security.

It's imperative that you are constantly mindful that Bitcoin and other crypto are in actuality virtual cash and individuals were continually taking cash, so programmers are simply endeavoring to do a similar thing.

You must be hacked on the off chance that you get into a phishing/counterfeit destinations and when you logged your touchy data there. Blockchain is difficult to be hack or the server itself and it just be hacked when a man holding a cryptographic money doesn't know on what site did they enter that may have infections that stole private keys or leaving an incredible measure of altcoin in a trade site. Putting away on trade locales are not prudent same as the other stockpiling that holds your private key. The thing here is you should know about anything that could take your computerized resources, or endeavor to have an equipment wallet for more elevated amount security.

I think bitcoin or crypto can't be hacked, most hackers are crypto users. So we must be very careful in maintaining the security of the wallet. we all know the purpose of bitcoin or cryptocurrency hackers is to make a profit because the value of bitcoin is very expensive.
