Is it because Ethereum's limited capacity?
For me it is pretty normal especially right now it is the bearish market but I think Ethereum price is getting recharged and will BOOM in any moment. Always remember what goes up must come down but what goes down must come up.

Absolute direct correlation between the price of bitcoin and other alts. Bitcoin in the drawdown - the ETH too, the ether is not alone in such situation. And the bear stage of the market is still standing. So we are waiting and don't panic.
Often when bitcoin has a decline, almost all coins in crypto market both have a drop. Some last days, bitcoin has a slight increase and a slight decrease alternately, and till now this situation is still existed . Also ethereum follows to bitcoin, it’s not because ethereum’s limited capacity. Yep, I am mostly prone to bear market, particularly as you can see the bear lasts from the very beginning of this year. I think most of us should keep holding and waiting, let get away panic because if you bring panic, you probably do something in negative way and get loss. because now people are looking for new investments. I think ETH is too slow for the future. There are much better projects. People are discovering.
so what is the better solution than ETH? EOS? EOS has bug too. ETH price falls because people convert it into BTC and hype. But ETH is still one of best project ever.
Nothing can grow without small periods for rest. Now Ethereum has not yet gained enough strength to continue its growth.
I think it has a problem in their network to make some frantic investors or investors want to switch. The decline in Ethereum prices when the price of Bitcoin declines and we also see not only Ethereum which fell in price but altcoin also experienced a price decline that is happening today.
I think the value of ethereum goes down because most people sell their ethereum and that is a panic because bitcoin prices are also steadily declining and it makes the ethereum network so dense that to conduct our transactions takes longer.
because now people are looking for new investments. I think ETH is too slow for the future. There are much better projects. People are discovering.

I see big pump on the way.
But, its true that ETH is really struggling with network scaling issues right now.
Since two weeks or so ETH transactions are increased so much and the network congestion continues to suspend these transaction and making them pending for over 24 hours and more time!
This is nightmare for the ETH, and if there is nothing they can do about its scalability issue then ETH gonna get suffer a lot in the future.
I think the limited capacity has something to do with it.

No. I have noticed the very slow movement of ETH in this positive trend. Maybe bitcoin is taking over the attention when positive news comes. On the other hand, I suppose the previous ethereum system congestion was a problem (related to the miners). I think, when it's fixed. ETH value will increase. 
I think the value of ethereum falls because ethereum may be affected by the bitcoin price condition and is affected by the total supply held by ethereum, if the bitcoin price drops, all cryptocurrencies will also drop and ethereum also has unlimited supply so it will be very difficult to be expensive.

Firstly, because Ethereum has inflation model. Secondly, it is too many collected eth during ICOs, this projects sold their eth, for example only EOS sold hundreds of thousands ETH for couple of months. Thirdly, the problem of scalability has still not been solved.
Not only ethereum valued price was drop but most of the altcoins will dropped too.We must wait until the currencies will rise again.

Dont be specific about dumping coins because even bitcoin the number one cryptocurrency has been dropping together with all coins,if there were some whos growing is those coins that has been manipulated by whales.Dont worry because there will come that prices will grow like ethereum and many other coins that has good potential
well it was quite odd since bitcoin was rising for a past few days, lets hope it's gonna ride bitcoin rise next days
Just wait for time and be patient still hold your asset because bitcoin has started to move up and the thing that usually happens is eth will follow the movement.

Ethereum price now are good Now because the price of the bitcoin increased too. I hope ethereum will continue to pump and not to dump again. Ethereum price become very high after few years from now.
