Eth is down because bitcoin is down too, always remember that the value of potential altcoins always depends on the main currency which is the bitcoin. It will recover or increase the value when the market totally recover
It's because of bitcoin is down that is why ethereum is down as well, but this down is good time to buy then we hold ethereum for long term, I'm sure we can earn profit with ethereum just be patient.
The movements of Ethereum are very dependent on Bitcoin. Ethereum will increase when the whole market is recovered. One day the value of Ethereum will surely increase

I think not only the ETH is decreasing but all the coin is now decreasing the blades of seeing the market now and when looking for a few months this market tends to go down if want to enter at the end of the week is actually this phenomenon I have noticed in every entering the end of the week.

as you can see, ethereum is not the only on who dropped its value. every cryptocurrency in the market does. it is not because it has a limited capacity, its just that there's a lot of things happened. like correction in the prices, and also a lot of FUD previously. 
It is because of the whales trying to bring down the crypto market this group of cartels has been manipulating the price so they could buy back with a much cheaper coin and masquerading it as a crypto exchange being hack and millions of crypto getting stolen but the amount of coins that got stolen doesn't add up to the downfall of the market.
now not just eth down, all altcoin experience this. the sluggish and lonely market conditions made me a little worried. bitcoin prices that become a benchmark also experience this decrease is not good but this is common in the crypto. I have to wait for everything to improve.
in my opinion, if Ethereum goes down because Bitcoin is dropped. Currently the cryptocurrency market is at low again so all Altcoins go down.

No I don't think so. This dump is due to the domino effect in cryptocurrency coin which all the coins prices are down. The prices haven't recovered since February fall this is the after effect of it.
