I saw many projects unable to withdraw their altcoins now due to ETH network congestion, the problem is severe now and I agree with you that they need to provide with solution asap, otherwise they will suffer a lot.
I think that it is not related to the capacity. The whole cryptomarket is falling and the Ethereum is falling with the market. So ETH price in the line with market trend.

Actually the whole market is struggling right now, and based on what I have heard and read, people are starting to stay away from cryptocurrency maybe because they have lose huge money from investment in cryptocurrency market. We can't blame other people its their choice. In my opinion, people who invested in crypto are earning through its fluctuation, wherein the market will sudden pump way up and randomly goes down. We have to give the market a time to recover and have patience to wait for the right time to sell you coins.
I feel the downtime is just a general situation of the crypto currency market though. It's not really a specific coin going down but basically all.
a lot of coins whose price is down include ethereum so I do not think it's too focused to see a coin price because nowadays a lot of coins are priced down. current market conditions are very difficult to predict if not carefully you can lose when investing at this time

in my opinion because everything was bubble in past and now whole market going down so ETH in same board. Also many ICOs, games running on Ethereum blockchain but it network congestion so crazy then people losing their trust.
