Yes, when anyone win money on their first visit or try surely they will be more existed and would like to repeat same again and again. But after losing money more than what you won then one should realise it that gambling is not for making money. Anyway if it is fast and free money then mostly no will not control themselves without trying their luck. Free and fast money is the most important thing for gambling addiction.

The greediness of the gamblers and the incapacity to accept defeat are the main reason why they are addicted with gambling. Same with life, if we are not contented we push and push our selves to achieve more and we know for a fact that anything excessive is bad.

Gambling is just one whole sickness the point is that it has so many disadvantages, and because of the enjoying part because its a game people will get addicted and also greedy.. of the money they can win.

Gambling is addicted by many factors combined if you ask me, I think its because its enjoying and can be profitable.
These two combined makes it in my eyes already very addicted and you still have many other factors why people get addicted to gambling.

I totally agreed and will recommend a psychiatrist if one is really proven addicted to gambling, because an addicted person doesn't control his urge in playing gambling that much and needs medical attention towards rehabilitation or a social group that transforms addicted persons in their addiction.

Yeah, they need medication in order to stay away from the addiction of gambling just like the addicts of cocaine need doctors and medication in order to leave the addiction of cocaine, it will benefit hem very well.

This is a near perfect description of why gambling can be addictive.
The human race is greedy big time and the thought that you could win more money than you have is irresistible to some and especially the greedy ones.

All sites should have a nominated cashout amount that each player can select and once/if reached it get automatically withdraw to your nominated account., only an option not mandatory.
That should also have max deposit that players setup before play. Its easier to set a limit before you start playing.

Indeed they have to feel it on the hard way and I think they are also getting addicted because they can win money in a relative short time without doing too much, compared with other gaining money methods.

Gambling will be only addicting to people that cant control themselves and that is because they want to earn some money with it but that is actually almost impossible.
So they are losing money and that is bad, to win money in gambling you need to be really luck and that happens not that often.

Not that some gamblers are greedy, I think it's more like they have been attached to gambling because it gives them extraordinary feeling when they win even if they know that it was not yet in their pocket to consider as profit. I think that's one thing that keeps them trying over and over again..

That's already given, gamblers are lazy, they want to earn instant money but in reality that is almost impossible. When we are gambling the advantage is not on us because the house set the rules and we are just following theirs, if the house feels they are losing they will adjust it in favor of them. You need to be smart to win actually, and that make the gamblers addicted because until now they are experimenting methods on how to win. Grin
