Why? because in my opinion the product from ethereum coin (ETH) is the ERC20 smart contract. is a smart contract that is very easy to use in crypto currency transactions so many ICOs are launching with ETH

Because I think the Ethereum network is the only way they could make a lot of useless coins to make a lot of people invest and scam them, but not all of them.

True.It's a questionable investment, especially considering how ICO startups are more than willing to dump it.

Ethereum is very popular and the cost of a smart contract is low, so i think that many icos use ethereum as a platform.But there are other good platforms that could be used for an ico, but unfortunately, these are not often used.
maybe because the eth blockchain is faster than other coins, there are a lot of projects that choose eth, but not a few ICOs have their own wallets.
