Now this is the main factor why many projects are not running and scam because of supervision and everyone can make a projeck without having to have permission from an institution and herein lies the problem of why there are so many pros and cons now

Many projects are dead because they should be. They were created on pure enthusiasm and without necessary technical basis. The team just thought: "Hm, let's make an ICO! It's cool idea!" And they made it. What are you expecting now? Most of classical startups don't manage to survive the first 2 years period. Why should crypto projects be able to do this?

Compared to last year, investors have become more cautious, more intelligent and now do not want to invest anywhere. They can be understood

That's a pretty weird question. Projects die because the client and investor are disappointed in them, or they have not found a client and investor. That's all she wrote.

Over the past one year, the market has been in the downward trend, so the price of most altcoins have dropped significantly. Most investors have been reluctant to invest in new projects, that's why many projects have failed.

Yes this the true reality of market as its very ease to launch ICOs & promising unrealistic achievements still you know what investors invest in the ICO and get their funds lock or end up with losses. Many projects are dead because they don't have one of this
1) Good Concept
2) Good backing like VCs
3) not having good team members
4) Not able to create liquidity in the market due to lack of funds
5) Scam or hacking by own team members.
6) Inactivity on GitHub Repository
7) Lack of engagement with the community.

Its better to invest in already established projects or invest in new projects which are backed by VCs or if they have unique concepts.

The death of the project is always accompanied by many reasons. Poor management is only one of them. We can see that the whole market is getting worse. Many projects will be killed soon due to lack of funds.

The project cannot survive in bad situations, and I think there is an intern problem in the project itself that makes people on the project have their arguments. When it happens, then it will give impact to the project, and if it's not solved in a long time, then the project will be dead without any progress that they can reach. We see that many projects cannot continue because of this and the teams abandon the project and leave it to the bottom without giving any supports.

They die solely because of a lack of understanding of the structure of the work and conduct of the ICO.
They incorrectly divided the interest between different groups, which is why the price fell at the beginning and then could not rise.

That should be expected as it is a natural principle. Most projects are dead because of poor management by the team members because they lack the expertise in crypto and failed to seek for counsel from experts. Also, projects with no backing product or tangible ideology behind is likely to go down the drain as it will lose the interest of potential investors.
Yes about the team is the most likely option! Some managers really do not know how to work with investors and bounty hunters. But a lot depends on them. The project team should more carefully select their managers

Projects fail due to reasons related to the calling of capital. Many projects calling for wealth to fail to meet soft cap or with money from investors are not enough to run projects leading to these projects failing or running short of dead time.

most ICO projects that die are just looking for profit, the concept isn't there and the team isn't there, they just cheat. ICO projects that are successful and remain until now, their management is good, their teams and projects are real and they are not just looking for profit.

The ones who are looking just for profit we call scams. Mostly this kind of projects get recognized and
rejected by crypto-community. In other group there are projects that don`t have enough capacity to
carry their original idea.
Many times idea is not recognized by the people. When there is no interest and support from people
project dies too.
There are many factors that can affect project failure. It`s on us to make a difference and choose the
right ones.

everything you say is right now a lot of bounties die because most teams don't have a lot of expertise and I also think if they don't use the funds collected during ico well

Most project die and die off because of no proper team work and poor management but there could be extra reasons why project die which could be that they did not meet up with their target or maybe the team disappeared.I have experienced that before

It absolutely normal that they are dying every day more and more. Most of teams don't understand the fundamental business processes. Some of them just wasted money that was invested in 3-year roadmap in a few months, some ran out of money because of cypto bear trend, so the can't afford further development of project.
Some just realized that making their idea into life will be more difficult than expected. That's why we see such statistics

I think quality projects don't die. Only those projects that were created to collect investment and deceive investors die. Unfortunately, there are a lot of such projects.

I join 10 ICO all I can say the team was not lacking it is the market which is down this year 2018. half of I join is failing they cannot gain trust from investor because of the downside of the market. the investor has lack of interest participating on ICO hope that this end of 2018 market will go bull run so it will be back to normal.
