I think the government have done a right thing when they dont allow men marry more than one wife because if a men want to marry more wife, first he have to prove he have the power and money to take care for all wifes not just one.

Hey guys so I have been doing a lot of research and thinking and all have proven that there are more women than men....so to equalize it all i think everyone anywhere should be allow to marry as many woman as he want in other to share all the women equally....give me your though every one

There are certain laws and culture that depending on the country that dictates about having multiple partners.

Hey guys so I have been doing a lot of research and thinking and all have proven that there are more women than men....so to equalize it all i think everyone anywhere should be allow to marry as many woman as he want in other to share all the women equally....give me your though every one
It's hard enough to please and handle one wife and yet some ask for more. I think the logical explanation here is faithfulness of one partner is to one and only one partner. It's not true love if you have to share your love to multiple partners. Marriage is a consumation of love and dividing your love in multiple wives is not love at all but a burden
Quite true. First of all, all your partners should agree with the set up, if one of them said no then the whole point of it is nill. Next, you and your multiple partners should be able to sustain each other, not just financially but also time, affection. Most importantly, each should have equal respect for each other.

Dude, all women have a tad bit of crazy in them. They are the oldest teenager in the room. I have enough on my hands with my current girl, much less having 5 or more. No thank you, lol.
Because muslim brothers are rich they can afford alot of women in the society. but in other religion its a big NO No in their community, its not elligible to marry alot of women in the community. i'm a Catholic it's a sin if we do that thing 
Since there are roughly 1,000 women for every 1,000 men in this world, I am not going to support either polygamy or polyandry. If it happens, then a lot of the individuals will be forced to remain unmarried (not that it is a bad thing). The ideal thing will be to make the condition that an individual will have to divorce his spouse if he want to marry another individual.

Another third world bigot displaying his lack of intelligence and willing to learn. Where is the results of your research that proves women are so more than women that you need about three or five of them to balance the equation. For your information the ratio of men:women is 1 and women are already getting empowered in your world. Very soon your type will be extinct and you will die a sad and lonely man.

Then the world will be in chaos. There must be one partner for a proper family union, and not some slave-owning scheme of the family. There must be agreement between the children and they will not like that they have several moms or dads.
The reason why men are not allowed to marry more than one wife because here in our country, men are only for one woman and allow to make their own babies unlike muslims, men are allow to marry more than one wife as long as he can give the personal needs of their babies or the called sustent. We know that Philippines is a democratic country, we are free to choose, but when we talk about marriage,men are not allow to marry more than one wife.

It depends on you religion, if you want to marry more than one woman then you can go convert to Islam. But if you are in a strict religious country, you can't marry multiple woman because it is written in you bible or forbidden by your God. In Islam it is not forbidden for them to do it unless you can't support multiple wives anymore. They are allowed to marry many wives but they need to support it all. Unlike Christians that are married only to their only wife.

Accordind to me your ideas seem ridiculous to me. A man can not give happiness to a woman . For that reason, It is impossible for a man who is married with more than one woman give happiness to these woman. Your claim is at odds with law of jungle.
Whether they could give happiness or not, they should not be allowed to marry more than one woman. It can lead to a lot of problems in the society. If the rich people marry 4-5 times, then the poor will be left with no women of their age to marry. This in turn, can lead to a rise in the rates of rape and violent sexual abuse in the society.

In some countries men can not marry more than one woman , because it is a crime in their laws , men can marry one or two woman but in the case if the wife died, that is when men can marry another woman. Muslims men can marry more than one women because that is there culture , as long as they can support there wives, but christians can not ,. Marrying more than one woman in christian is a crime and its called to be a polygamy.

this is very strange,, when men marry more than once,, the man is not necessarily able to give a fair happiness to his wife and of course yes already in the sure will be unfair tend to be,. this has been made sure because basically men always have an unfair attitude,, including to himself.. Yeah and if you really want it, you'rr free to get yourself baptised in another religion that allows men to have more than one wife. Though i'm sure it's not going to be as fun as many think it would be
