I think it's better to play games online than gambling because online games is fun you can relax and learn more fun games you can go to online gambling also. This time people are addicted now to games and even adults are interesred here
People gamble not just for entertainment because of the chance to win big money. It is entertaining because it gives you excitement even if you lose in the end.

I know some of my friends playing both online games and gambling game together, and yes, they are fun and enjoy the game. But they say that they cannot get something different from the online game than the gambling game. They want to know about the lucky so they play the gambling game and they can accept if somehow, they cannot win in the game, and they only get the loss.
I think when someone wants to quit gambling, and he feels that is not easy, maybe he needs to talk to other people so they can help him to solve his addicting. I am sure if he can talk with the right person, that person will help him to get out from gambling and leave the gambling forever. I have a friend that is addicting in gambling too and fortunately, he can talk with his family, and his family is happy to see his decision to leave gambling and still support him to quit gambling.

I get your point, that it's both drivings of a car. But the logic of gambling with you is that if you online gamble, you only bet a small amount. It can also be done in land-based casinos. They have slot machines that accept around $2 minimum, depending on the machine, and they are able to use that and accumulate it into a large amount of money. So, you do not need to have your few thousand bucks, just to gamble, you can do it with smaller money, let's say $20, it's up to you. I think that's not a great comparison, knowing that a price of a Lamborghini is way above an average Toyota car. There's nothing to compare because the OP is talking about what you can do when you are just passing the time. You are just looking at the title and not looking at the OP's post. Yeah, I know it's different but they still playing online games and in other time, they still playing gambling too. I don't know what their reason but I think as long as they can enjoy their time, they will still do both. Maybe if they are bored with gambling because they cannot win the game, they will stop for a while and only play an online game to get fun and enjoy the game.
Casino games are interesting because its about money. No online games offer money for just playing the games. While, casinos offer games where we can actually earn money or lose it. Let's look at the bright side, people would be very much interested in things where they could double or triple their money.
I am not sure about this because I am not a big fan of online games. But maybe there is an online game that offers money to win some stage, or there is a contest for every player so they can win the money. In the casino, we will lose the money as you know but to win the game and the money, I don't think that we have the luck to get that. Yes, I agree with you that people will be playing with some game because they have a hope to win the money.

Yes because both of them clearly have differences as a specific purpose, online games are just to get pleasure with friends like mobile legend, PUBG etc., while gambling aims to make a profit even though it's not easy but those who are familiar with gambling will always try to get it. Although both of them have in common, the game is online, but both of them have very clear differences we can find in it.
I agree, and it also has a time and place because you cannot just gamble anywhere (except if it's online) and it's more fun to play in a casino if you are with your friends. The same thing goes to online games like League of Legends, or ARK Online, depending on what type of games you like. You could always risk money with online gaming too, and you just need to find the right opponents to bet with.

A strange feeling when someone can get joy even in a state of loss. Btw, maybe for some people who have been addicted too much, the results of their gambling actions will not be questioned. The most important thing for them is to be able to gamble. The ability to gamble itself already give them an excitement.
Video games can be fun but without having money on the line the excitement just isn't there. Most people gamble because of the adrenaline rush that comes with winning large amounts of money. But I guess you could combine both worlds and bet others on video games or bet on professional e-sport matches.
Well, most video games also provide quite an adrenaline rush, particularly if you are playing competitively.
I don't think the adrenaline rush is the major factor in this, I think the truth is most gamblers have the false belief in the background that they are going to get a lucky streak eventually and win big, truth is it rarely happens.

But if I will be having a chance to choose from Gambling and Online Games with a great prize, I would rather choose Online games since I know that I will be competing in such game because I have a skill to it. Saying that, I can say that I have a higher chance of winning that certain big prize on Online game than on risking my money on Gambling.
