Yes of course for now people in this world still not many who want to know about the virtual or digital currency of this bitcoin. I think only people who are lazy and do not want to know future developments that do not want to know about what benefits can be obtained from this bitcoin and technology today is growing so fast and the block chain will probably become more faster so slower transactions today will not be problem in the future
I think people find it hard to trust and invest in BTC due to lack of understanding..They don't really understand the concept of bitcoin and even blockchain as a whole..Some people also have brief knowledge about it but fear to take that risk to invest,hence they turn to criticize and spread false thoughts about it..BTC is the new money whether you believe or not.

Just emphasize on these advantages and benefits of Bitcoin and the things they will be missing out on if they remain negative about the whole idea. But don't stress yourself out by trying to convince them into joining the ride. That's not practical and they are not your responsibility.
I think they dont believe bitcoin because they never tried the life changing effect of it. If they witnessed someone that is poor and became rich because of bitcoin then their curiosity comes up and for sure they will try it.

I think the one reason why people are not believe in bitcoin is because they don't want to take the risk in cryptocurrency instead they choose to earn using their own skills.

because it contains volatile material so people just can not trust bitcoin because they first thought bitcoin was a scam

Simply because they don't understand bitcoin they are not aware on how bitcoin can change their lives. some thought of it as a scam or a kind of networking.
