We are led to believe that almost all governments are corrupt and that most officials and even leaders of the world are bought.

We saw this for instance with the US elections where rumours are doing the rounds that massive amounts of money were channelled from foreign countries to influence the outcome of the election. This money had to be laundered through shell companies via Banks and complex money laundering systems.

All of this leaves paper trails and this can later be followed and investigated to find the true origin of this money.

Now think about this, why would "corrupt" governments want to appose Bitcoin and Crypto currencies, if they can use it to hide their "corrupt" practices? Would it not make sense just to allow it and then use it to further their political aspirations?

The push back from these corrupt governments does not make any sense. Could it be that they know that Bitcoin and Crypto currencies are not "anonymous" at all and that these transactions can be traced and for this reason they are apposed to it?

Curious to know what you are thinking.  Wink

Government nust accept cryptos and think that they are not that threat thing to their eaenings. Although crypto is decentralized means no one is holding it or controlling it, they must believe that it is a good thing to their people. They must not consider it as a thing that will break or disturb their profits. Cryptos are useful today in many ways. And many people are into it because it is has positively impact to us.

Bitcoin is GOD
The government is always looking for the best solution for its citizens, especially regarding the economy. One of the future solutions in trade between countries is the use of bitcoin. So the government must accept bitcoin because bitcoin has been accepted in many countries. One of the advantages of using bitcoin is to eliminate corruption, because the platform is decentralized and open so that it controls each other.
This is something I disagree with, governments should do that and that should be their goal, but as soon as a politician is elected he only cares about trying to benefit himself out of his position of power, to try to become more powerful, to avoid being caught when he commits criminal acts and to try to make his political party even more powerful, maybe you noticed that citizens are not mentioned even once and that is because they only care about them when they need their vote, the rest of the time it is as if they do not exist.

If they cared about their citizens they should be looking for a way to integrate bitcoin to the economy but instead they are only trying to create obstacles and laws against it.

Not all government are against cryptocurrency. At least in the west countries in Europe are developed countries that have allowed bitcoin to be used by vendors and merchants. Though most government are corrupt but it don't take all of them to use bitcoins to aid them in their corrupt dealings.

if the government wants to accept bitcoin it might help the holders, because we really need parties who are able to regulate the security of bitcoin

Of course if governments accept crypto it confirms the security of holders posses currencies without a doubt because at the moment there are so many investors who have invested in crypto even with this uncertain market situation and that has led to drop price in many currencies because some people abandon the market but if governments accept the price and the stability of crypto will be much higher

the crypto currency is a technological breakthrough that is quite good, and many people now want to have crypto currency, and have been used as a long-term investment that is considered to be beneficial for everyone. There is nothing wrong with the crypto currency, but indeed some people make the crypto currency a negative activity that we can say against the law, such as money laundering and so on. The crypto currency is here to help the government reduce unemployment or create jobs and help the government economy and provide welfare to everyone, for that the government should support the existence of crypto currency so that it can develop better and benefit all people.

I know that corruption is being worked on in our markets but we can not meet the needs of the government. Just like the talks kept the Crypto field leaders with the SEC, they were not able to change at the SEC's request and everything was shattered. You should know that this is a great technology but also has many shortcomings. We can not ask too much.

Governments should accept bitcoin because it has the potential to give opportunities especially to those unemployed people. It can also give a lot of benefits. In fact it can also make their economy to rise. But of course we cant demand the government to accept bitcoin.
true. And in my opinion that's the main reason why some of the government nowadays are interested and gradually accepting bitcoin as a payment method .because of being so useful . And probably soon in the future it can be use in everything especially in our daily basis, unless if all government approve it as well and stop banning crypto currency .

If the government wants to take any other changes are given a chance to develop their economy then they definitely accept cryptocurrency but it may take some time because the economical situation of the government will be very difficult to understand and accept cryptocurrency that's why they killing them otherwise cryptocurrencies will not give any other problem by the economic changes for any other government.

One of the major reason that developing countries does not accept bitcoin or crypto today because still they don't have proper understanding regarding the concept and how crypto works and they are just following the same foot step what america and other majority of major countries does regarding cryptocurrencies which are restrict or ban but some are like Switzerland keep an open mind policy towards bitcoin and crypto because they have understood the potential of them and definitely in the future many will follow that path

In Asia Most of the world’s cryptocurrency trading takes place in this tech-savvy region, with Japan playing a dominant role after it introduced a licensing system for digital-asset exchanges last year.

Government knows that cryptocurrency may disrupt the corruption through out the world. In fact, they don't want it to change the currency because they want to hide their shady things to the citizen, they just make excuses the scam that may harm the people. Well, if they want to have decentralized society, they must see cryptocurrency as positive way.

It's political, because the majority of these corrupt politicians are using cryptocurrencies in one way or the other. As I'm telling you now there was a time not long ago, 6-7 months ago, a senator in my country claims about owning some decent about of bitcoins on his social media account. They all use it, but they don't want people to know about it. They'll never to legalize cryptocurrencies because they don't want people to understand its truth power and values.

I think that politicians do not care whether to accept or not to accept cryptocurrency. The point is in the value and benefit. If politicians adapt to the cryptocurrency market and begin to understand cryptocurrency, then I am sure that they will not mind. Especially if they see their own benefit in this.

We believe that almost all governments are corrupt and most officials and even world leaders are bought.

We have seen this for example in US elections, where rumors are circulating that huge amounts of money are being transferred from abroad to affect the outcome of the election. This amount must be washed through shell companies through banks and complex money laundering systems.

Now think about this, why would "corrupt" governments want to apply Bitcoin and Crypto if they can use it to hide their "corrupt" practices? Would not it make sense only to allow it and then use it to further their political aspirations?

The impetus from these corrupt governments does not make sense. It may be that they know that Bitcoin and electronic money are not "anonymous" at all and that these transactions can be traced and for this reason they are apposed to it?
