Once the crypto market is regulated transactions will be transparent, safer and quicker. I am so happy to have AML BitCoin as this coin is the only compliant coin with AML and KYC.

The point is, not everybody desires and accepts bitcoin, in order that they can have a tough time coping with bitcoin and cryptocurrencies simply to launder cash, and to grasp that the majority governments ar already look the movements of such coins, it'll even be more durable to determine connections with cryptocurrencies instead of exploitation the established networks of rescript and banks. Also, the path will simply be destroyed in rescript instead of bitcoin and different crypto, thus why create the rash call of employing a somewhat heralded group action instead of one thing that is basically hidden if you paid the proper quantity at the proper people?

Aside from what you have said is true that some government could hide their corrupted assets and liabilities by using Crypto currency but at the same time they could also help their people and their economy to become more progressive and strong too therefore
Its just like hitting two birds with one stone.

I think its not legalized yet because once legalized it will be under lot of scrutiny maybe by special elected bodies. But now, its a perfect path for them to conduct illegal and dirty activities. So, it is more beneficial for them that bitcoin stays unofficial. Also, they might be thinking of possible market instability, however, once legalized I think there will be more stable market.

If they want their citizen to have real freedom of using money then they should accept and legalize the crypto currencies in their country.

But most of the governments only wants revenue from the taxes not the welfare of the citizen but still we don't need their acceptance to use bitcoin.

Cryptocurrency is the future of the world, we need blockchain technology to develop as humans, I believe the decentralized nature of blockchain technology can really help government to fight corruption.

Bitcoin is GOD
We are led to believe that almost all governments are corrupt and that most officials and even leaders of the world are bought.

We saw this for instance with the US elections where rumours are doing the rounds that massive amounts of money were channelled from foreign countries to influence the outcome of the election. This money had to be laundered through shell companies via Banks and complex money laundering systems.

All of this leaves paper trails and this can later be followed and investigated to find the true origin of this money.

Now think about this, why would "corrupt" governments want to appose Bitcoin and Crypto currencies, if they can use it to hide their "corrupt" practices? Would it not make sense just to allow it and then use it to further their political aspirations?

The push back from these corrupt governments does not make any sense. Could it be that they know that Bitcoin and Crypto currencies are not "anonymous" at all and that these transactions can be traced and for this reason they are apposed to it?

Curious to know what you are thinking.  Wink
I really do not think that this is about that, this is about power and influence, governments of the world have a monopoly when it comes to currencies, in the past this was not the case, when gold was used as the main form of money around the world not only countries had the capability of creating their own coins, anyone that had gold could create their own coin and it could be accepted as long as it was made of gold and had a precise weight.

But governments outlawed that practice, then they created paper money which was backed by gold, and then when they got people to accept that form of money they stopped backing the currencies with gold and that is why we have fiat currencies, they love that system and they are not going to let it go unless they are forced to.

It would be very impossible for the government to accept crypto currencies if they think a lot of negative things about it. But if will become open and accept the good benefits it has and discover the catch of crypto currency for sure they would accept the system or adapt it. But not in accordance what they want it to be happen because it is decentralize while the government was centralize.

If the goverments i mean all the goverments accept the cryptocurrencies it would make our market fly. But i believe that the govermenst still searching for the taxing system and they still haven't found it. And also the most important is the biggest countries. For ex. the China. They have %35 usage of cryptocurrency and it is nearly illagal to use in China. Also they can't join ICO's too. Also the United States is still out. We need fast solution to have those player to add in our crypto market.

The government want to control cryptocurrency just like the control the fiat currency. The government destroy whatever it could not control. This the major reason why the  government wants  bitcoin banned is decentralized nature of bitcoin which they have attacked on several occasion to in other the cow bitcoin to become centralized.

Although cryptocurrencies are anonymous, politicians cannot simply do their dirty works publicly. Many believe that politicians hold a large amount of crypto but it is hidden from public. Grin Grin

Government around the world including U.S, china, Japan, Canada, Venezuela, Estonia, Sweden And Uruguay are either actively working on some form of digital currency or exploring the topic.
But dont expect a bunch of bitcoin clones.Government have very different priorities, and decentralized a main feature of most crypto including bitcoin doesnt tend to be one of them.In fact, government digital currencies could herald a new era of centralilization, posing serious question about privacy and the viability of true cryptocurrency like bitcoin.

I think they will only accept it when they will give tax to bitcoin on its every transaction. Or maybe when we can use it in our daily lives that it becomes one of the main currency in the world.

I think it will simplify and cheapen payments for all people. It will also be possible for anyone to otleit: how much $ where it came from and how much it went $
More than it bitcoin is deflation, so our values of money in bitcoin will be protected from inflation the other reason the technology behind of the blockchain it offer solutions for all of government around the world, so the government will addopt cryptocurrencies they should not ban bitcoin's usage. The government will open their mind to cryptocurrencies soon or later and it is just about the time until it happen.

Because the technology that bitcoin brings to the society many gadgets that no other technology has brought. The quick and convenient transaction makes the user happy. Bitcoin technology will help the government reduce inflation. And now the nation is gradually in the process of legalizing bitcoin.

in my opinion the government can accept payments and use of cryptocurrency in its country because in my opinion bitcoin technology is very useful for economies in developed countries and understands the technology created because world finance requires technology like bitcoin for security in transactions.

because the development of technology in the financial sector continues to grow and the economy in all countries has used digital technology to develop their economy and finances. so that each country must accept the development of financial technology so that it can compete and cooperate with other countries. so that each country can improve its economic level.
besides, because transaction level is getting higher, then a payment instrument that is safe and fast is needed. luckily bitcoin is present and provides optional payment tools for the future
