The success of a project depends in part on the signing activity, as some projects struggle to meet the funding required to start the project. So they can extend their bounty activities until they meet their financial requirements.
My point of view is ICO is making a good moment to join the market. We know the market is very hard today they wont enter the market like this. So they extended bounty campaign for a while. I think its a good move we just need patiance 
In my opinion many bounty campaigns were extended because project leaders saw that the market was very unhealthy and they were afraid that when they would enter the market the price would go down. In this case they want to wait for the right time. Until the market price improves again .
many bounties popping up cause a lot of competition. This makes the bounty being extended because it has not yet reached the target is expected at a predefined time. lately often happen this kind of thing because investors are getting confused as to which choice will be more and more and the success of the project that the smaller see scam there is always inside.
I guess it is due to red market as many investors do not want to invest and just keep money waiting for the recovery.
Some campaigns are extending because they did not reach the target sales or maybe they did reach the quota.
The first rule is that all campaigns will run until the end of the token sale. Since raising funds during the bear market has been tough some project have kept their sales open longer to try and give them a chance of reaching their original targets.
I think every reason has been answered here to why icos bounty are being extended.. The bearish market slows down the effectivity of evrry projects goal.. Esp. That investors are more reluctant to invest in ICO with no future assurance or changes in the market value..
The bounty campaign are extended now a days because of bearish market trends. many projects failed to reach the target in the stipulate time period. secondly people are now choosing the ico after huge calculation. so if particular sector fails to deliver, then it affect the whole ICO. Let's hope it worth it at the end.

I believe that usually the majority of ICOs increase this time to attract more investors and achieve their financial goals. Now many ICOs are faced with this problem. Therefore, it is logical that it also occurs when Bounty is running.
Because people lost enthusiasm for ICO, so these ICO project still need to promote its own project, so there are still a lot of the bounty threads, however, if when ICO project cannot complete the raise, so we can't get anything.

yes, I agree with you, now investors lost interest in ICO, they don't want to invest in different projects, because they know they can get very big losses, therefore, many projects extend their sales and their bounty campaigns

Today, there are various reasons for this situation. It is difficult to talk about one particular problem. I believe that the situation is caused by different circumstances. Including the problem of fraud among the ICO, a temporary drop in the crypto market and a lack of liquid capital and some other circumstances.
Many ICO's are expanding, most of them not reaching their hard hats. They don't get the money or the cap they want, and they have to extend it to get the cap they want.
I agree with you. But, unfortunately, in this situation, we can not change anything. I think we need to wait a little. For members of the bounty of companies is now hard times and it's sad
