Maybe because they haven't reach their goal that is why many ICO's are extending. Every ICO has to reach their goal to gather more funds for the project. Sad to say many investors are getting panic because of the falling market that causes ICO's to lose investors. By extending their project this will give them more time to attract more investors and gather as much funds as they needed to at least reach their target cap.
Bounty campaign is extended base on the fact like the project team have not achieved there goals within the stimulated period for most the project nowadays. secondly the project team will like to make much more profit.
