I think the bear market really affected the ICO period. That is why many ICOs are now extending their campaign time. People often do not have much money at this time because they have a lot of expenses like school fees, school benefits, something like that. So, people do not have money to invest. Yeah ICO fraud the more and this makes us increasingly afraid to make investments. There should be an institution that provides regulations on the ICO recently. And they'll have to do some checking so that no fraudulent ICO again. If the institution is present in crypto, I believe it will definitely be a lot more people who enter in the world of crypto.
Because the market is in bear mode and every coin is dropping and ethereum is dropping more than other coins so ICO's are not able to get the funds required for their projects and they have only option to extend their campaigns to get those funds or wind up and they go for extension of their campaigns.
Due to lot of scammed ICO more investors lost their interest investing in ICO. Success rate of ICO decreased that is why bounty campaign period nowadays are extending. Do you agree?
I personally agree with you, due to high rate of ICO fail many good projects have to postpone their plans to succeed, who is eager and have great idea of a blockchain and has spare time to wait, they extend rather give up on their project. I'd rather also wait then give up on cryptocurrency market, like I see a lot of people nowadays
I think the extension of bounties has to do with the fact that ICO has not been concluded. Some projects have a stipulated time for their ICO and bounty, but after this period if they have not reached their hard cap they extend the ICO and as such also extend bounties to get more publicity.
There has been sudden extension in bounties lately because most of the ICO projects find it difficult to at least reach their soft cap. Once they are unable to reach their soft cap they are left with no other option than to extend their ICO and bounty campaign.
So far, I have seen many ICOs fail to get investors, perhaps because of worsening price conditions and all investors are always harmed by several projects when the market price does not change to the ICO price, but if the project continues then we must remain optimistic if the token price will have a price good though it takes a few months.
i think it's because significantly harder to acquire the money via public sale with all these scams, so they have to extend this period as well as the bounty.
Because this year, most ICOs can't complete softcap in their sales stage, which was easy to do last year. So now most of the bounty has to follow the progress of ICO.
I see a lot of ICO who have not reached their sales targets, even softcap targets are also very difficult to achieve with market conditions like this, so I think it is natural that many developers decide to extend ico durations
To my opinion, many ICOs nowadays and many of them do not even collect the soft cap not to talk of hard-cap during the main ICO period so they will increase this period and also bounty period is increased too till they atleast reach soft cap.
Its not their fault to extend its just the market is not good and affecting people to invest on ico and since they have not make soft cap as needed, it will prompt them to extend it
Some of the bounty is extended because the project did not reach the target cap for the projects. They get more funding for the projects to be successful. They give others chance to join in the projects because of the additional extra fund allocations for the projects.
Maybe you are right but i think they extend the project because of the market that does not look good but of course it should consider that it had not hit the hard cap.

Of course yes, you're right, but to my own view, The market situation is one of the reason why things are like that. And Secondly, many Tokens are getting listed on Exchanges below the ICO price and people are avoiding ICO these days.plus if they did not reach soft-cap on time. It might also cause the extension.
