Fear from hacking because if all of your money are now cashless it is prone to be hacked by someone and worrying this money will not return back to you.
We should fear a cashless world because the government can then now how much money we have and they would have to much control in my opinion. The balance in the world would not be fair at all.

There is a lot of hackers now, that's one of the disadvantage i see in cashless, because your money is not in your hand and you're still waiting when you recieve it. As long as you didn't touch your money you are not sure if you recieve it safe.

cash is very important in an economy and through this we can easily buy and sell things everywhere.if the world is cashless then the poor people and less educated people were disturbed because they don't know the electronic and digital money for that. the cash is also used everywhere and we should not eliminate them from the world so we would feel free if the world is not cashless.

Remember when visa and mastercard blocked people from donating money to wikileaks? This is what I imagine in a cashless world. Buy something or give money to someone the government doesn't like? They simply shut off your wallet and you can't access your money anymore, or they block you from transacting with anyone who isn't on their white list of approved vendors. It is so ripe for abuse I can't believe anyone would want it. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, there is nothing that stops the people who take control of the system in the future from abusing it.

Poor people and small businesses rely on cash. A contactless system will likely entrench poverty and pave the way for terrifying levels of surveillance

These things happening are things that we cannot deny nor prevent from being reality since it is almost happening. And it will only be a matter of time till governments get tired of wastimg time money and effort producing fiat that gets replaced countless times and get counterfeited or taken for granted. Amd when this happens good bye fiat.

But, even if this happens and may seem that this will be bad for poor people, i think people will still be able to adapt. That is what we are made of. We always adapt to various situations. Maybe when this happens, barter trade will be brought back to life and be a means of survival for poor people in remote areas. I don't know. But for sure, peole will adapt.

Well we should not fear the cashless society because this is actually favorable to all of us. Simply because everything would be hassle free. Everything will be in convenience. We do not need to bring ample amount of money physically in order for us to transact or buy things we want. In that way we could have a better life because everyone will be at ease. All of the people will have easy life. We should not fear cashless society since it benefits everyobody. We should consider bitcoin as a blessing because it helped a lot of people. I have been hearing success stories who had been with bitcoin for years .if we just put so much effort to it with patience and perseverance.

The problem is, wallets(except harware ones) can still get hacked no matter how secure the blockchain is. This is one thing that needs to be addressed before completely going cashless.

Sure wallets can be 'hacked' but only as a result of mismanagement of the person.
I using phishing websites or sharing their private rather than public key etc.

This is no different than how a physical traditional wallet can be 'hacked' if you tell people where you leave it when you go to bed etc then someone can just go and take what is in it if they wanted.

It just requires education and proper management. For you to be able to access something there is always the chance that you can accidentally give access to someone else.

You could argue it does the exact opposite.

Granted to send and receive cashless payments an electronic device is required, but smartphones have proliferated to such an extent around the world that it is likely most people will own one first or second hand in the near future.

Cashless payments can then be made on these devices through a variety of mediums be that fiat or cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency allows people in underdeveloped regions to send and receive money without needing to set up a bank account.

Also it means small businesses in these regions do not need to carry a float to pay change or store cash on premises, reducing the chances of robbery and increasing safety in regions where crime is huge.

A cashless world is convenient but for me there is a word that gives me fear, the word hack. In our country the government cannot secure their own websites, how much more if digital money is implemented? I feel cashless money cannot be implemented in our country. Our country cannot solve about the issue of fake paper money, how much more if there is a "fake money" in the future?

I think this is usual for everyone in this world because the main reason is of fear , You can understand that if I have small amount of Money and if there is risk to put money in another thing than that will not bet better thing for me because if I will loss all small amount than what I will do with my work if I have no money .
But still here we should not have fear to have our money in cryptocurrency Because we should see toward the example in our practical life like bitcoin and another cryptocurrency are legalised in Japan and America like country , so no chance for another countries to ban it or stop people to use it . Government or any authority can make rule to stop the use of bitcoin but can't handle the network or stop entirely .
So low turn over having business people should take care at these factors and make use of such things at worldwide level to grow their business.

Recently, more and more often we hear about the impending death of material money - dirty coins and banknotes, which we are all so used to enjoy for many generations. Undoubtedly, electronic money has a lot of advantages: they are more mobile and universal, easily stored and transmitted, they do not age and do not deteriorate, do not require so much to maintain the entire infrastructure. But I think that cashless world turns into "a state of total control". With such a system, it is potentially possible to watch your financial life around the clock. This is the Big Brother's tool.Using cash, you remain completely anonymous. It is not surprising that governments are trying to limit, and in the long run, completely avoid using cash.

Someday all money is in the form of digital.  And there is no excuse, all people are required to have it.  Your money is stored in your body in the form of rfid microchip implant.
Money transactions can be sent using crypto transferred to microchip implant.

Yes, there is a high chance of this being happened in the near future because of our very high technology now. For me, if this happened then we should accept it there is no need to be fear. I already heard about some news of it before but Im not sure if this is true.

A cashless world is a threat to all small business entrepreneurs like stores, and even poor people with no idea about the crypto world. It also a threat to all banks in the whole wolrd. But this cashless world can help also in terms of crime prevention in the government like theft, robbery and bank hold ups and etc.
Don’t worry that will not going to happen. You may say this after 6-7 decades but for now and in near future, just relax and have a coffee. Bitcoins are fantastic but they can’t just demolish the cash trend in society. If the casual stores and small level trading and businesses are not affiliated with bitcoins, how can anyone shift from cash to an online transaction system?

If one seems to know that Sweden has been the first cashless in the country in the the first few months and all has.had its long term difficulties as well as other countries are facing the hardship it really is that is happening that we do not expect to have also said that is good for all who live without a monetotry credit / debits card implict  requirements which is connected to bank and online  bitcoin equipment. We can not handle long cash or disposal but it all saves all the wallets here in bitcoin .often sites are many poor people who are suffering evolution but it is true that there is a way towards the soft future of each.of us with its own card and everything is full of abundant life and money or even though it is usually soft it genetics wallets is still connected to other method..

Cashless World means no access to fiat currency but I think this is practically still impossible. Many countries are not developed and every citizen across the globe cannot access internet to access virtual currency. Also, I think if there is an ongoing war between 2 countries there internet services will be probably down and at such cases only faith currency will be useful. One should need to think from the point of view of below poverty line who cannot access internet and are illiterate, how will they sustain in a cashless world ? So, I think cash has its important place in the world and should not be eliminated.
There's a lot of innovation happening in Africa using mobile phone payments. Everyone has a module phone. Not a smart phone necessarily, but I can think of a couple of starts ups who are facilitating mobile phone to mobile phone banking transactions. The technological problems blocking a cashless society are the easy things to solve. The hard parts are the education side of things, and the stigma attached with tech and cash (I feel older people are still wary of this).

For me there is nothing to fear about it why? Because in our history people live without cash and what they do is a barter system which is they exchange the object to food, food to food or gold to bronze or silver. We can do the same thing if the world is cashless. We can still live without money or cash our focus in this world is how we survive and libe not the cash.
