I agree that you shouldn't sell your btc unless you actually need the money because btc is a long-term inversment and you have to hold for being able to reap the rewards afterwards.

it should come to us way faster in my opinion, i think that we should reach it in like a year or so, next year it will definitely be possible to happen

Faster way will just lead for a price crash thereafter and the range of price decrease will be just the same as the price decrease.

The pump must be around $100 so that it's not meant for profit taking. Slow rise is sometimes good before taking such a really large jump to a high price range.

Yeah slow and steady rise is always better then major pump as after the pump price will surely crash so its better to move on slowly but positively.

No target, still buying what I can afford to lose. When the time comes, I won't need fiat, I'll just spend from my btc savings. Which btw,I consider my btc a form of savings account, not a standard investment so I don't really plan to be in and out at the markets whim. Just letting what happens happen. I figure if we ever hit $100k USD per BTC I might buy something nice, but I wouldn't use all my holdings.

Its difficult to expect that high price from bitcoin in future, I don't think bitcoin can go over $10k in future and that is also not sure whether it will achieve that price or not.
Of course it can go that big amount but the question is all about the right time because I do not see it will happen the soonest, we hardly even see the amount of $1,000 again.
yeah I think if you wait for the price of $ 1,000. maybe you will find that prices in some years to come. because I think it would be very difficult to reach that price. better to sell at the right price

Well considering the results from the last halving, is quite a sure that bitcoin will reach 1000 dollars on the next halving, that is predicted to be reached at 2020, soo lets say bitcoin will get a small ammount all years till achieve those. The question is if you able to save bitcoin for the next years and close your eyes to the several opportunities to double and invest your bitcoins, you may get those value if nothing bad happens to bitcoin.
You do not need to put all your money for long term investment because there are opportunities anytime so you need to take that opportunity. To be effective in investing you have to divide your investment into short term and long term.

If there is no fees to convert your bitcoin to fiat then that is the best thing to have, as it really saves your money in terms of fees, as if sell higher volume of coins then fees will be even higher.

No fees? What do you think of exchangers offering free services? Of course they needs some profit for them to run their business.

Also exchangers are big help for us and they have some services that can really gives us a comfortable feeling of converting our bitcoin into fiat so it's reasonable for them to have some fees.
there are fees on bitcoins for sure, first of all you have to pay fees on transactions too, i never sell my bitcoins because i believe it is going to grow

Yes let us not have a panic selling with our bitcoins.  It will surely gain back its  glamour and we will witness its high price once again.  I never had an intention of selling them as I know that I might regret that day that I sold my bitcoins.  I am just keeping it and waiting for its price to attain a high value.

Sometimes you need to join the panic selling activity rather than to keep on holding our coins.

It's not that you are panicking but you are just securing the profits before the price decreases too much and will just result for a regret.

Exactly, I never hesitate in selling my coins when I see higher price to make profits as I very well know that I always have an opportunity to buy it again when price drops.

I will not sell at a moment, but will surely sell some of my coins when it will cross $1k mark in future, as I am here to make profits not to simply hold my coins.

Mehhh, If they go up that much in price then it might be better to sell them cause what would you say if half a year later they drop back 2k.. youll have fiat worth almost the same but you lose so much if bitcoins drop
That is the main purpose our bitcoin for a long period of time, we are just holding it without a plan, we need to be specific on what price are we waiting before we sell our bitcoins. I know in the near future the price will rise but without a definite plan we will not be able to get the benefits.

Yeah and if price reaches to our expected level then we should not hesitate in selling our coins but make sure that you don't sell all of them, keep few for future benefits too.
