To be honest, 40x is too high especially that only bets on slot games will be counted. The standard is 20x to 30x, this is what most of your competitors offer. So it's good to know that you are reconsidering it.

BTW, GamblingBro has high standards, so the 3.7 rating he gave to your casino is actually a good thing. Just want to point out that the link to the review is broken. This is the correct one: https://gamblingbro.com/wild-io-review

It is false and misleading to give a good ranking to the wild.io scam!

They steal your winnings if you played "forbidden games" while they do not block you from entering "forbidden games" and while they do not warn you when you enter "forbidden games"

However, when you lose at "forbidden games" they do not give your loses back!

But if bets at "forbidden games" are not valid, then they also have to give losses back!

So whether you lose or win, the wild.io scam takes everything!

This is criminal and illegal!

How come do you manage to play on the forbidden game because it was blocked by the game provider itself if your country is restricted. You probably use a VPN to access and dodge the restrictions because it’s absurd for restricted game will be freely play by user that has this kind of restriction through normal browsing.

Wild.io claims that all games except slots are forbidden to play when you accept a deposit bonus.

Those games are not forbidden by the gaming service providers.

Yes, you are right, if a game is forbidden it must be blocked, but the wild.io scam artists let you play "forbidden games" and then later steal your winnings.

But when you lose at "forbidden games" they also take it.

Based on Curacao laws, if games are forbidden, they need to block you from playing those games like the gaming software providers do.

Do you have proof to your claim? Gamblingbro is know for being a thorough critique to all crypto casino. A user like you with negative feedback is unbelievable compared to his review.

Yes, the wild.io scam confrmed that they gave my deposit back and stole my 0.005 BTC win:

Dear BlackyJacky,
We kindly explained the situation - you did indeed break our bonus terms by playing forbidden games, terms which you confirmed to have read and agreed to upon signup.
The issue you encountered when trying to cash out your deposit was sorted, and we noticed you were able to successfully cash out your funds.
In these circumstances, we consider this matter closed, and we will not be entertaining it any further.

In regards to the wagering requirement, 40x is a fairly standard wagering requirement across the industry

40x is basically still the most standard wagering requirement for the similar bonus. I have never seen 20x wagering requirement for similar Welcome Bonus, other casinos use 30-40x but mostly 40x. Obviously having lower wagering requirement will be better as it will attract those who like to take deposit bonus. I dont like such bonus although I have taken it few times in few different casinos in the past when I did not notice about its complete rules.

No, I was not able to cashout my 0.005 BTC winnings!

1) You have not shown any valid license to operate a crypto currency casino and illegal crypto currency casinos can not have valid terms and conditions!

2) Despite of this, anonymous persons can not enter into a contractual relationship based on Curacao laws.

Therefore, any reference to your terms and conditions is invalid.

3) If games are forbidden to play, then you need to blog them or add a notice that this game is forbidden to play based on Curacao laws.

At least you need to write on the page where players select a bonus that this bonus clears only when playing slots.

As I do not play slots I never would have selected a bonus!

You intentionally mislead your customers, which is ilegal based on Curacao laws.

4) Once you accepted bets on "forbidden games" the bets are valid based on Curacao laws.

5) If you were a legal casino, then your term that winnings are forfeited if a player played "forbidden games" would be onerous and invalid based on Curacao laws.

6) If in your opinion bets made on "forbidden games" are not valid, then you need to give all losses back suffered on those forbidden games.

But I am 100% sure that you steal only funds won on "forbidden games" and do not give back funds lost on forbidden games.

But according to your logic, if bets on "forbidden games" are not valid, then you also need to cancel lost bets.

Here you clearly show what a criminal you are!

Lost bets are valid on "forbidden games", won bets are not valid!  Cheesy

7) I am still waiting for your valid crypto currency online casino license?

Mate, since you already got your deposit back, I will just suggest that you take your money and move on bro, there are actually several casinos that are unlicensed and maybe this casino is one of them, and if you do not feel comfortable playing on a casino that is unlicensed, then it is best to look for another better and licensed casino to play on, there are several good, highly reputable and licensed casino on this forum, it up to you to make your choice of which you like.

I personally do not care if a casino has a license or not, but if it does not it can not have valid terms and conditions.

As you can see, the wildcasino (OP) always refers to its not valid terms and conditions as an excuse to steal my 0.005 BTC winnings!

If they want to get rid of me, they simply can give my 0.005 BTC winnings and that's it.

I also will delete my posts thereafter.

So they have a fair (and cheap) opportunity to withdraw from their scam!

I have just published my honest Wild.io review!

This casino has received a 3.7 out of 5 rating from me.

🤜 You can check it here 🤛

We appreciate you taking the time and reviewing our casino! We want to address some of the sections that got some lower scores:
1. Game providers availability - yes, the list is somewhat small at this time, but we're making all the efforts we can to address this, but these things take a bit of time, unfortunately. However, we're happy to announce that we're making progress, having integrated 3 new providers recently: Spribe, Yggdrasil, and 1spin4win Smiley
2. Welcome Bonuses - here, we're currently reworking out bonuses. We've added free spins to the First Deposit Bonus, we're working on lowering the deposit requirements for all welcome package bonuses. In regards to the wagering requirement, 40x is a fairly standard wagering requirement across the industry, but we hear you, and the other community members that raised this issue, and we're currently looking into ways of lowering the wagering requirements. We'll have some updates about this soon Smiley
3. Promotions - We going above and beyond to come up with offers that are entertaining and rewarding, and we're confident we're making solid progress here as well. We're about to boost our Daily Bonus offer to higher values, our Wheel of Fortune is also about to get a lot better, and we're constantly running new promotions that bring new winning opportunities to our players.

Once all the improvements are in place, we'll be happy to invite you to give us another go, and share your experience. Smiley

Last but not least, if you're looking for a nice promo, we're running a Valentine's Day special - players can get free spins on every deposit made during the promotion Smiley You can get 30 FS for $10-$49, 75 FS for $50-$99, and 125 FS for $100+ deposited. Find out more here: https://wild.io/promotions/valentines-day-promo

To what wagering treshold do you refer?

If you deposit 100 USD and play one hour Black Jack, you do not launder anything!

Threshold here is about wagering requirement of your deposit, most casinos has wagering requirement for deposit (without bonus) before players are able to request withdrawal. The most used reason is that to avoid money laundering, so it is not about how long you play with your deposit but about how much you play with your deposit.

After I read the terms and conditions page in this casino, player should wager the deposited money 3x in slot games or 10x in live games before players can withdraw their money. You can check and read it yourself in the terms and conditions page, point number 12.10

If you want to prevent money laundering you need to check the identity of the player, yet Wild.io promotes its service as "Enhanced privacy & anonymity".

Also, the Wild.io Bitcoin wallet itself is involved in money laundering, so does not look like Wild.io is against money laundering.

Looks more like Wild.io wants to charge a fee for its money laundering service with the wagering requirement!

Despite of this, the chance that people want to launder its illicit funds at Wild.io is small, considering that you do not have any wagering requirement at the biggest online crypto currency casino Stake.

Stop spreading lies about me, ok?

I have clearly stated that I won the 0.005 BTC from my deposit and not from the bonus money!

Without the bonus funds I also would have won the 0.005 BTC.

Once you touch the bonus funds, your deposit is lost.

The key point is if you touched the bonus funds or not, if you did not touch it you are entitled to withdraw your deposit and winnings.

The question is, had you able to reach up that wagering threshold of your deposit? We do know that every deposit does comes with a requirement before you could pull it off which
you do need to wager neither 1x or 2x of the actual deposit and then you could make some withdrawal. If not, then expect that it would not be that available or possible.
This is the way where casinos do really avoid or tending to catch up with those money launderer which this had been a very common and basic concept.

just now i tried to register and take a look at the slot game. but it seems that the game from the Hacksaw provider is not yet available?
I checked without registering and really didn't find it not only from that provider but also from other providers it wasn't available yet like Play N Go, maybe because they are relatively new so it takes time to add slots from other providers and that's acceptable because development really requires time
maybe, but in my opinion this casino is quite interesting even though I don't dare to bet using real money yet but maybe in the next few days I will try it.

looking at the reviews of some of the other members here it looks like there is a bonus promotion, but the conditions are so difficult. but I hope that the following review will be taken into consideration to ease the conditions for using the bonys promotion so that other gamblers don't mind trying it.
If you are sure and want to make a deposit to be able to play on this site, it would be better for you to make a smaller deposit first so you don't lose so much money because you are just curious about a game on a new casino site.
If the casino can make you really trust and can be relied on then go ahead if you want to play using an even bigger amount of money.

It seems that every casino will set certain conditions for the bonuses they have given and the less difficult the conditions are, the more curious and obsessed gamblers will be to be able to get them.

I was able to withdraw my deposit, but you still have to give me my 0.005 BTC winnings and thereafter I will delete my posts and move on.

Here is the explanation why you have to give me my winnings:

1) Illegal online crypto currency casinos can not have valid terms and conditions

2) Anonymous persons cannot enter into a contractual relationship and therefore your terms and conditions are not applicable for me

3) Even if we consider your terms and conditions as applicable (quote non), your paragraph 1.10 is onerous and therefore is not valid based on Curacao laws:

Quote
1.10. Any bonus and winnings will be forfeited if a player has an active bonus and attempts to use the funds on any of the games that do not contribute to the wagering requirements.

You can not forfeit winnings because I played games which do not contribute to clear the bonus!

The only legitimate reason to forfeit winnings is if I touched the bonus fund and derived winnings from it and then cancel the bonus before the wagering requirements are met.

You yourself state it in paragraph 1.15, 1.16 and 1.17:

Quote
1.15. When a player places bets with an active bonus, the real money funds will be spent first. The bet amounts will be taken from the player’s real money balance. When the real money balance is empty, the bet amounts will begin to be deducted from the bonus balance.

Quote
1.16. Players can request the withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, but please bear in mind that the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Quote
1.17. Any bonus can be removed before meeting any wagering requirements. Please contact  Wild.io customer support for more details or use the ‘Forfeit’ bonus button within the bonuses section of your account. Please keep in mind that forfeiting a bonus/wager will result in bonus funds and winnings derived from it will be subtracted from your balance.

So you yourself clearly state you will substract only the bonus funds and winnings derived from it.

But as I never touched the bonus funds I can not derive winnings from it and you can not substract the winnings I derived from my deposit!

Despite from the point that you mislead me to accept a bonus because you do not state that bonuses only clear when playing slots.

In such a case you need to state "Slot bonus" at the deposit and bonus selection page.

Sorry BlackyJacky, I am always on the customer/player's side and do my best to defend him but in this case you are at wrong.
You won that 0.005 btc by wagering from the bonus money and when you asked to cancel the bonus, you had to realize that any money you've won was supposed to be forfeited too. The good thing is that you were able to withdraw the money you deposited. If I were you, I would be satisfied with this outcome and move on.
