I've always gone for the casinos that have their customers representatives active here, at least by this, I can guarantee that I will get a response quickly if anything should go wrong and need urgent help - not like contacting customer care through the casino and then waiting for more than 1 week to get a response.
-That casino that creates an ANN thread and there after goes inactive is always related to scams and if you check their reputation, you will see that one or two cases are standing against them.
Like I said earlier, and you also agreed, casinos with inactive reps on this forum is a clear sign that such a casino could be scam, personally, I consider such casinos to actually be a scam, not until the reps come back to become active and have no scam accusation against them by the time..
There are many who make threads on bitcointalk and don't come back, but when it's an Ann thread from a trustworthy casino and it's legit that apart from everything else it has a good reputation it's very strange that things work like this, usually they should say a response that is favorable both for the affected parties and for the casino, so the casino covers its back and they do things right, it is not worth it for a problem like this for the casino to become bad or even worse to lose its reputation.
