Yes noticed this later when I opened the site for the first time bye the site took a long time to load.  But now the site loads very smoothly on my device too. 40x is basically still the most standard wagering requirement for the similar bonus. I have never seen 20x wagering requirement for similar Welcome Bonus, other casinos use 30-40x but mostly 40x.
