I just registered there and tested the game, I have to deposit at least $20 to be able to spin the wheel of fortune, the web template doesn't feel foreign to me and I don't care about it, I think any casino that has bonuses and promotions for me will be fun if played on weekends

The license issued to Antillephone does not cover crypto currencies!



At the deposit page, they offered me a 100% deposit bonus up to 0.0047 BTC which I agreed.

After I deposited 0.0047 BTC my account balance was over 0.015 BTC, so they added another 120% bonus without asking me and without my consent.

I played Black Jack and won 0.005 BTC without touching the bonus money.

After a while I checked how much of the 40x I have wagered and it was 0%.

In the bonus section there is a link to the bonus terms, so I read there and saw that bonuses only clear when playing slots.

So I cancelled the bonuses and the scam artists at wild.io also cancelled the 0.005 BTC won from my money.

Then I requested to wthdraw my deposited 0.0047 BTC, but the scam artists did not process it claiming that I need to wager 10x of the deposited amount, which is contradictory to "instant withdrawals".


I wagered my funds playing Black Jack, therefore no idea what these sickheads mean with "...enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering"

It is also funny that they denied to process the withdrawal in reference to the "Prevention of Money Laundering Act" while wild.io themselves are big money launderers and intentionally do not enforce the applicable money laundering laws!

Their bonus system is of course a cheat, because at the deposit page where you can agree to the bonus it is not stated that the bonus clears only when playing slots!

They also do not state that you need to wager the deposited amount 10x to be able to "withdraw instantly"

They do this all intentionally to deceive players to steal their deposits and winnings!

Just explored the casino a bit especially about the promotions, tournament and loyalty program. It is good that you have all of these important things to compete with other casinos. However it is unfortunate because I see there is a wagering requirement for the prizes of your tournaments. 5x for cash prizes and 40x for free spins prize. Players are competing in the tournament by risking their own money but the prizes is locked with high wagering requirements. I dont think it is a good idea to have wagering requirement for such tournaments.

I guess with the few positive reviews that have been posted in this thread, it will be difficult for anyone to believe your accusation and more also so since you did not share any evidence to support your claims, I am sure it will be easier for you to get attention if you can include some few proofs of your activities on wild.io so that we can also verify the authenticity of your accusations.

And the cashout became visible on the blockchain 6 minutes later at 10:30



The cashout was processed without KYC, although the amount is not that high. There was no withdrawal fee deducted as well.

What happened with the bonus there? I just checked the terms of the bonus of Wild.io. Have you placed bets with deposited funds before the bonus was credited to you? Their deposit bonus terms are strange if it doesn't get credit automatically.

This is where you should show us proof of how they scammed you, and not just claims without any evidence.

Show us blockchain proof of deposit, screenshots of your account, chat logs etc otherwise by looking at your profile feedback, it doesn't look good. Some people already believe that you are a troll of sorts, nobody believes what trolls say most of the time.

Yes, I use Gmail for a very long time now and I also use it for all the gambling sites that I use. I have no problems with it so far. All gambling mails are received except only if there is a problem with the gambling site but I always contact their support if that problems occur and they will do their best to help me.

Hopefully, your issues will also be fixed but in the meantime, maybe you can just copy the link that you get in your email and then paste it manually on some of the browsers you have. Let see if that works for you because this trick already worked for me. I got this idea by the way from one of the gambling mails that I got in the past.

are you using an antivirus so creating a confirmation email link is considered a virus so it can't be done or can't be reached, i had no problem signing up there to test the game, maybe OP can explain this later in this thread 

I already made an account using may email and there's no problem with my account. Maybe the problem is in your Gmail but we can't sure about That and the best thing you should do is to ask their customer support or you will leave a message to Op so that you can get an answer. Because we don't know why is that happen to you. But so far as my experience casino had no problem in terms of creating a new account next I'll try to deposit and try playing here in Wild.io.

Wild.io are scam artists, they embezzled my 0.0047 BTC deposit and 0.005 BTC winnings!

They also run a bonus scam scheme!

I'm using gmail and I believe most people use it and no casinos against gmail as long as my experience.
Yes, there is a live support, I'll try to ask live support and hopefully they can resolve my issue fast.
I tried the resend email 4 times, so I've tried 4 different email verification links but all not working for me.

I also registered and got an email from wild.io after a minute or two. Everything worked for me without any problems. Maybe it's because of your e-mail provider that he isn't supported. But only wild.io can answer this question. 

I registered an account yesterday, verification email link is not working for me as it gives me an error page (the site cant be reached).
I tried to use new verification email link by using the "resend email" but the same still happens.
What's wrong here? Is it happening for me only or for all new users who have just registered an account?
