I think when you give bouns on deposits , then the gambling sites will increase the wagering requirements too high that the gambler may find it impossible to meet those requirements.
It would be better to get no bonus and get a low or minimum wagering requirements like 1x or 2x. This way, even though the gamblers will not get bonuses or free money but the chances of winning + withdrawing becomes more realistic. As at the end of day we want to have more chances of taking money home, rather than winning but can't withdraw because of wagering requirements.

But there is a reason why gamblers take those free spins. I usually do not take a free deposit bonus, but if it's free spins with wagering requirements, I give it a try. Here is why; you never know if you are going to get some huge multiplier during the free spins. You never know how much you are going to win from 100 free spins. It could be less than a dollar, or it could be a thousand dollars.
I guess most other gamblers take the free spins for a similar reason knowing there are wagering requirements. If someone wins a thousand dollars from free spins and completes the wagering requirements, it's their money. Imagine people winning more multipliers while they were playing for wagering requirements.
