Unfortunately, we cannot weigh in on the Casino Guru complaint, as it is still being investigated by our security team. While we have not publicly replied on Casino Guru yet, we are in constant contact with Casino Guru representatives to try to solve this matter.

Aside from that, I'll be more than happy to answer to the questions posted in the threads:

"What’s the turnover requirements for all the reward on the wheel?" - the turnover requirements vary, depending on the wheel in question. They go from 1x on the VIP Wheel to 20x for the Jungle Wheel, and 40x for the regular Wheel of Fortune;

"Does the wild wheel and jungle wheel has same requirements to VIP wheel which requires at least level 12 VIP?" - no, the VIP level requirement only applies to the VIP Wheel;

"What is the total wager amount needed to reach the level 12?" - The total wager requirement to reach level 12 of our VIP Program is $200k.

"Have the team yet planned to launch a token for the casino?" - it's on our roadmap

"About monthly bonus? How do you calculate this bonus, is it based on user's rank + its overall statistics (deposit, wager, profit, etc) of the user during the past 30 days?" - we cannot disclose the exact formula for this, but I can tell you that it takes into account deposits, cashouts, wager, and a few other factors;

"Anyway, I also see that you are offering account transfer from other casino, is there any special benefit for users who do this except getting the equal rank?" - this feature is available for VIP users, and it's aimed to be a fast lane to the VIP program, unlocking all VIP benefits a user would have at another casino, and more;

OP rarely gives any update here. This thread was inactive for a few months, but the forum member started to discuss here again when they launched the sig campaign. Now the sig campaign has been put on hold, and there is a question about the transparency of their bonus system. OP was active in the forum today, but he hasn't tried to make the situation clear. Perhaps, the campaign hasn't been put on hold for the unresolved complaints.

It is quite normal to see campaign participants try to defend the site they promote, I did it some time but I have to say that we should not defend the site blindly just because we are hired as campaign's participants.
At least we need to be objective, seeing the whole case from 2 sides.
By the way, wild.io seems to be inactive both here in this forum as well as in casinoguru, is the decision of holding the campaign also related to the unresolved complaints in casinoguru?
I believe they (wild.io) are aware about this case, it would be better if they give a reply (at least) so there will be not too far speculation about what is going on.

Looks like all the sig participants of Wild.io trying to defend the casino reputation here. It is slightly reasonable. But some of you are clueless about the whole situation and defending the casino, which doesn't make any sense. The user has already submitted a complaint at Casino Guru one week ago and provided some evidences there also. Wild.io team hasn't replied to that complaint yet (check it). Moreover, the representative of the casino is inactive here for since last 11 days.

I think it isn't necessary to create a scam accusation thread in Bitcointalk forum now as the complaint of the users is already active on a mediator servic (CasinoGuru). Has any of you reached the casino team by telling them to look into the issue of that user?

This is the problem of butt hurt person since they always point out something to the casino if there's something wrong happen to them and I guess he is sick gambler which he lost all his capital that's why he came here to post out his frustration then accuse the casino about something unproven without bringing out some evidence just to support his claims.

Also guess his accusation will not proceed to any further more discussion since for sure it will just be ignore by those people who can read it.

People now are into proof before trying to believe on claims so he must present something to verify that he's not trolling around and just want to create some trouble to the community built by this casino.

They'll only decrease their rating if you prove something, but with your post, there has been no evidence and you have admitted it. ^{(I'm a bit confuse with "from casino", you should be the one to bring up evidence).}

So you can't bring down a site that is operating legitly.

Instead of wasting your time here for relentlessly imposing your negative opinion here, why not focus on your own scam accusation thread and provide solid proof to your case. I will be happy to support you if you can establish a solid proof that will show this casino as scam.

Wild.io is trying to build their reputation here in the forum through marketing campaigns. And most of the casino in the forum even reputable one has a lot of scam accusation without any solid proof.

I check the casino guru review website but it seems there's a problem loading with my browser, tried both google chrome and brave, still the same.
All I see is the word "Safety Index:High", which means you are safe playing here, didn't see the rating though.

This is a mere accusation to destroy the reputation of the gambling site if you can't support it with evidence.

Casino made a summary of the case 10 hours ago as you can read below:
Wild.io has more than 6 days to respond about this case at casinoguru. As Mahdirakib said before, there are some other complaints which are all related to users who win nice amount from the welcome bonus. As per the complaint page, this user has submitted what is requested by casino guru so maybe he do not want to share it publicly and relying on casinoguru to help him to solve the issue. Perhaps wild.io official representative in this forum may also give a response here in this forum since the same case seems to be happened multiple times.

The user did not provide anything. Just words for saying, crying and ignored our advice to make a valid accusation.


Please do as shield132 advised above if you actually think you are victim and you have evidence to support your accusation. If you continue your crying but refusing to make an accusation thread, with proofs, I can assume you don't have any proof for it at all.

It is not quite true but before an accusation is judged as a valid one, there is no evidence to say any casino is scam. Till that time, I trust Wild.io casino.

You should open thread on Scam Accusation board but check the report format before making a thread. Can you provide screenshots and other proof that it really happened? If you are right and wild.io tried to scam you, there is a high chance that your problem will be solved or they get negative trust which will significantly affect their business.
Btw there has never been created a scam accusation thread against wild.io, they started signature campaign recently and I believe they aren't here to scam you.

What is your problem on Wild.io and what is your accusation thread on Casino guru?

Please provide details if you want to complain because with your words only like this, it is very little details and your accusation is non sense.

What is the conclusion of Casino guru on your case? Do they stand on your side? The casino and the community need details about your case. If you can not provide details, don't create new accounts and make fake attack on Wild.io like this.
