I just tried this website and played some casino slots since at the moment they don't have a sportsbook. I deposited only 50 USD using a promocode with free spins. Looks like all the sig participants of Wild.io trying to defend the casino reputation here. It is slightly reasonable. But some of you are clueless about the whole situation and defending the casino, which doesn't make any sense. The user has already submitted a complaint at Casino Guru one week ago and provided some evidences there also. Wild.io team hasn't replied to that complaint yet (check it). Moreover, the representative of the casino is inactive here for since last 11 days.
If not with your post we wouldn't be aware that he had already submitted his complaint at casino.guru. I think @miastej2023 has to confirm if he and miastej18 (https://casino.guru/) is the same person, otherwise, there's no valid accusation here.

Also, what he posted were just copy pasted reply from wild.io (allegedly), he could have make it more valid, like a screenshot of the conversation, or his account balance before it was blocked.

Instead of wasting your time here for relentlessly imposing your negative opinion here, why not focus on your own scam accusation thread and provide solid proof to your case. I will be happy to support you if you can establish a solid proof that will show this casino as scam.

Wild.io is trying to build their reputation here in the forum through marketing campaigns. And most of the casino in the forum even reputable one has a lot of scam accusation without any solid proof.

This is the problem of butt hurt person since they always point out something to the casino if there's something wrong happen to them and I guess he is sick gambler which he lost all his capital that's why he came here to post out his frustration then accuse the casino about something unproven without bringing out some evidence just to support his claims.

Also guess his accusation will not proceed to any further more discussion since for sure it will just be ignore by those people who can read it.

People now are into proof before trying to believe on claims so he must present something to verify that he's not trolling around and just want to create some trouble to the community built by this casino.

They'll only decrease their rating if you prove something, but with your post, there has been no evidence and you have admitted it. (I'm a bit confuse with "from casino", you should be the one to bring up evidence).

So you can't bring down a site that is operating legitly.

All I see is the word "Safety Index:High", which means you are safe playing here, didn't see the rating though.

You should open thread on Scam Accusation board but check the report format before making a thread. Can you provide screenshots and other proof that it really happened? If you are right and wild.io tried to scam you, there is a high chance that your problem will be solved or they get negative trust which will significantly affect their business.
The user did not provide anything. Just words for saying, crying and ignored our advice to make a valid accusation.

Please do as shield132 advised above if you actually think you are victim and you have evidence to support your accusation. If you continue your crying but refusing to make an accusation thread, with proofs, I can assume you don't have any proof for it at all.

If it really happened in your situation then make an accusation here then include whatever evidence you have then others will judge and the casino representative will definitely clarify why your account was blocked for no reason, but I'm sure maybe my own assumption that the casino blocked your account might be abuse.

And the user is right about the number of complaints on Casino Guru, currently there are 7 opened complaints (including OP's one). All of them are related to the deposit bonus. Looks like they are blocking users account, confiscating the winnings and mentioning the terms 11.1 for doing these things.

It seems that there are many players who are able to make profit from the deposit bonus after completing the wagering requirement of the bonus.
It sounds rare to happen but it is not impossible to happen, but maybe wild.io need to double check their bonus system first instead of using their terms number 11.1 to act against the players.
Having the same complaint multiple times is not a good sign and it may make people worry to play here especially with the offered deposit bonus.
Checked some of the complaints in casinoguru, I read one which is exactly the same case and luckily the issue is resolved and the player confirmed that he can withdraw his winning eventually.
What I can see here is that wild.io is actively responding the complaints in casinoguru, it means that they care about their reputation so hopefully all cases will be resolved well.

I’m wondering if casino guru can detect if the user submitting complaints is just same person using different identity. I’m always skeptical to side user when it comes to deposit bonus since most of the time they are a product of multiple account bonus abuse and using method to abuse the bonus.

Wild.io use 12.1 and 12.3 in addition to the 11.1 to support their decision. I remember some user using live casino games to bet on each side of the game to have very minimal house edge to claim bonus safely. I think this is what wild.io holding on with their decision but I hope they become more transparent with the evidence.
