wild.io casino scam review
It’s basically not normal that I, as a player, send them documents, then go through a video call, answering all their questions. and after that I need to go write a complaint against the casino guru. and here you are saying that they care about their reputation. I made only one deposit with a bonus. They gave me a rather complicated check and in the end they simply copied some points without explaining anything.

If it really happened in your situation then make an accusation here then include whatever evidence you have then others will judge and the casino representative will definitely clarify why your account was blocked for no reason, but I'm sure maybe my own assumption that the casino blocked your account might be abuse.
The user has already submitted a complaint on Casino Guru, which can be seen here: Wild.io Casino - Player’s winnings have been confiscated and his account blocked.And the user is right about the number of complaints on Casino Guru, currently there are 7 opened complaints (including OP's one). All of them are related to the deposit bonus. Looks like they are blocking users account, confiscating the winnings and mentioning the terms 11.1 for doing these things.
I'm wondering whether it is casinos fault or the users fault as the number of complaints is noticeable and related to the same thing (deposit bonus).
It seems that there are many players who are able to make profit from the deposit bonus after completing the wagering requirement of the bonus.
It sounds rare to happen but it is not impossible to happen, but maybe wild.io need to double check their bonus system first instead of using their terms number 11.1 to act against the players.
Having the same complaint multiple times is not a good sign and it may make people worry to play here especially with the offered deposit bonus.
Checked some of the complaints in casinoguru, I read one which is exactly the same case and luckily the issue is resolved and the player confirmed that he can withdraw his winning eventually.
What I can see here is that wild.io is actively responding the complaints in casinoguru, it means that they care about their reputation so hopefully all cases will be resolved well.

I’m wondering if casino guru can detect if the user submitting complaints is just same person using different identity. I’m always skeptical to side user when it comes to deposit bonus since most of the time they are a product of multiple account bonus abuse and using method to abuse the bonus.
Wild.io use 12.1 and 12.3 in addition to the 11.1 to support their decision. I remember some user using live casino games to bet on each side of the game to have very minimal house edge to claim bonus safely. I think this is what wild.io holding on with their decision but I hope they become more transparent with the evidence.

Almost all casino has same case like you that always ended up on abusing bonus. I’m not trying to judge you but at least provide screenshots of your conversation with the support because I’m pretty sure that they explain you everything including why you can’t withdraw your fund.
Provide link here for all the scam accusation that you mention to make your word credible. Wild.io is new and offering lucrative bonus that’s why they are often being abused by gamblers that wants to take advantage using the huge bonus.

Where do you see the complete breakdown of the wagering requirements? I only see the VIP table but not in that complete list format. The info you provided is right but only missing the wagering requirements for the lower level since you will need to add all the wager requirements in each level from level 1 to level 12 to get the total wager requirements required.

I haven't seen OP replying to any of the inquiries in his recent replies and I gotta say, that looks bad because you're ignoring people that are asking questions which is bad no matter how you look at it. Hopefully we get to see some replies because the more the questions stacks up, the more it gets harder to answer everything even if some of the questions are going to be the same and we factor in that the redundant questions will only be answered once since they're only a few.
