The survivavility of a coin will surely depend on the team behind it and the goals and vision of it. No matter how promising the coin would be if the team just minds the profit it will surely go down and die.

I think so. As long as there is a demand for Altcoins then they will always be around, and at the moment there is a high demand for them.

I am sure that altcoin will remain alive, especially ethereum. although bitcoin soared but still a lot of altcoin enthusiasts. ethereum is one of the most potent altcoins in the crypto and it indicates altcoin will remain alive even though bitcoin soar. 
It should be, altcoin will survive. But not all altcoin can survive. This is because there are so many market share altcoins and new coins. I think the market demand for altcoin will continue to exist and grow.

Maybe you think there are some altcoins that fall in price, then you conclude altcoin will not last. Of course, not with my thinking, believe that some altcoin will survive and continue to grow. And also the higher bitcoin price will not affect altcoin.

Altcoins would be find because honestly they better than bitcoin but not that expencive because people don't care about benefits of altcoins. Only price matter nowadays.
It’s really depends on what coin. Good coins will stay and bad coins will not. The demand is still there so as long as it’s there altcoins will stay. Even if the higher demands is still in bitcoin.

In my opinion alt coins will survive. Not only that, but some of them have real potential to become valuable coins in the future.
I think yes some altcoin will survive but not all of altcoin because many altcoin is not good. altcoin that will survive is a good altcoin and potential like ETH, WAVES, XLM, XRP, etc. Altcoin is good will survive for a long time.
