No never at this moment. Bitcoin is best digital crypto currency and it is the king of all coins. I think Bitcoin has a lot of popularity. So in my own opinion, other coins will never be a Crown while Bitcoin remains.
There has not been and dont think that any would emerge. Coin mining is not just a day process. Bitcoin has gone through all of this issues and has overcome.

For a long time I was thinking that ethereum will catch up and probably even overtake bitcoin. Until the crash it was really near bitcoin, but after the crash it procentually lost a lot. Also bitcoin dominance was already as low as 33%, but is now up again at 44%.
Considering that there is no company that could spend a huge marketing budget to promote ethereum or another interesting and probably better performing coin, I think bitcoin will remain the number one for another several years.

It is impossible for next 20 years because overtaking bitcoin will never be easy for any coin because right now bitcoin is the king of all coin. So that coin should be very featureful.It should cover all the flaws of bitcoin.
Yes there is always a possibility for another cryptocurrency to get the crown like the ethereum. But for now eth is so far from bitcoin. We cant tell right now, who knows? We are just in the early stage of crypto. There are many high potential altcoins to take the crown in bitcoin. But for now i think nothing can outperform bitcoin, i think in the near future there will be a transition on crown.

Even if this happens, I do not think that bitcoin will lose its value, as you said bitcoin is the oldest and most popular coin. Bitcoin will always be in demand regardless of its price, even though its price is constantly changing. 
I think no one can take the bitcoin crown. There may be other major currencies, some are already prefigured, but bitcoin is something special.
yes, I don't think that there is any coin that will take the crown because the crown still belongs to bitcoin and I don't think that the other coin will be able to compete with bitcoin. we know that bitcoin still lead the coinmarketcap although the price now is not good and if we depend on the last year, actually we are still making a profit and we can keep hold or buy and sell bitcoin to try to make a profit.

Many guys like this have passed, challenging bitcoin and thinking that they might take the position of bitcoin. Ethereum, which has remain as the number one rival of bitcoin failed even after efforts of a decade almost. The reality is, no altcoin has as much strength as bitcoin. No coin has as large community as bitcoin has. Investors desire to increase their capital as much as possible but in short time. Only bitcoin gives them that. It will remain the king forever.
BCH will never become more valuable than BTC in a long term perspective. BCH is more a dump and pump coin. I think people are heavily underestimating just how large the gap is between the two at the moment.
There are some coin that has a potential that maintain its price during ethereum and bitcoin priced decreased. Some of other coins also decreasing its price when bitcoin is in a lowest priced. I don't think that other might take the crown, because even bitcoin is in its lowest priced ever, it is still heigher than other coin, it is still not enough to take the crown.
