I don't see any reason Binance will willingly choose to close their exchange, as we all know currently Binance is one of the best among all exchanges, Binance had grown more than closing down this time.

Very funny, we all know the brains behind binance exchange, they are no newcomer to cryptocurrency, the CEO was a early bitcoin investors, and till date binance is the best and moreover U.S has nothing to do with binance

This is an attempt to spoil the reputation of Binance. Simply put, fud.
This exchange has become so strong in crypto that it can only be killed from the inside.

Closing binance will have major effect on the cryptocurrency world. It can cause a major upset that will affect all cryptocurrency prices as it is the number one exchange for trading currently. I can't see it happening to be honest. Binance isn't under the jurisdiction of the USA so closing binance is a dream.

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Opinion

everything can be happend
but, in my opinion binance will not closed mate, just my opinion  Wink
and absolutely right, if all of us didn't hold our bags on any exchange, not only binance my friend
we should store our long term hodl in the safest wallet

If Craig Wright becomes the new governor of Malta then yes he can close down finance. Can't see it happening myself but you never know what his ambitions are

Binance operates its licence in Malta. So why should that affect it? With its innovation and security, I don't think Wright's whining will do it any harm. BTW, if push comes to shove the American customers might be asked to withdraw their patronage and that won't shake the exchange an inch. Binance is a strong viable exchange. I don't have any worries about them.

You are underestimating the power of the US. They caught the CEO of btc-e.com in Greece and shut down btc-e.com.

USA basically owns every .com domain out there. If you commit a crime while using a .com domain they can find and jail you no matter where you live.

Binance uses a .com domain. If they find out something fishy about them, USA can indeed shut binance down.

Stuff like that really makes you think about the amount of power the US holds over citizens of other countries.
Sucks to live in the US and not be able to just use any exchange, like we in Europe do.

An American buddy of mine is always complaining to me that he can't really invest in most ICOs legally.

sorry but which FED are you talking about? If they want to shut down binance just as you said they shut down other exchanges,  they would have done it before now. Another question is, is binance in US?

This is impossible because Binance is not registered in the US, Binance may be banned in the US by the Fed but it will still operate elsewhere.

Binance doesn't trade fiat currencies, does it?

The UK can only close you down if you are trading dollars. Btc-e for example was an unlicenced exchange using dollars.

You are asking for opinion, I guess this is just FUD since binance is really succeeding its way, many more expected news to comes up against them, but for our own safety we also need to consider facts that can happen along the way, if the US government intervene with this platform there's no such ways to prevent the rulings of this superpower country, be very vigilant and make sure to be well informed from time to time.

Is this statement only to make us fear or watch out?
Binance, I think one of the best and biggest exchanges in the crypto world. Can it close down? If there are no very crucial and big factors, it will be probably impossible (although we cannot predict what will happen tomorrow). Many people consider that Binance is the trusted exchange and be number one with its high security, trading volume, traffic, and others. If it is closed down, it will really influence the other exchanges. I cannot predict it will be okay or not.

This is a FUD and I feel you are with Wright to have come up with such submission. Binance is not in the USA. If the US government don't want their citizens to trade with Binance anymore, US citizens can be given a time to withdraw their fund and the exchange continues. More so, I have not seen any wrong doing by Binance. To delist Bitcoin Satohi Vision is their exclusive right and they own no one no apology for that.

I do not think about it to happen. Binance has a thoroughly professional team to handle such kinda threats. Craig Wright would lose his motive here for sure.

Then people should also be scared of something fishy going on with Coinbase, Kraken, Bitfinex, etc, since they all use .com domains. Truth is, it's very unlikely that these big exchanges would ever do something "fishy", they know what happened with btc-e, they won't perform a money laundering schemes or any of that, these guys are smart (unlike the guy from btc-e), stakes are too high and it's way too risky when you're operating a multi million dollar business.

Exactly mate, nothing can hide from US as long as you are violating their laws they will hunt you down and will make you pay for your violation
I hope binance can make this things clear and prevent from accepting US citizen to enter their business as they are one of the most potentially among the exchanges now to have a bright future

Craig Wright will never stop to get revenge from delisting His coin from the binance platform

The reply to this is correct: People need to understand Binance is violating US Laws: To call this FUD is irresponsible and shows lack of understanding!

It seems like a fud.

I don't think there is any possibility for binance closing down. So just stop the fud.
