With the current rate of Bitcoin adoption and new Bitcoin start-up companies trying to offer services to more people and cover a greater part of the global population I think it's possible to guesstimate about 10-20% worldwide usage in 2022. Bitcoin is getting mainstream at a steady pace so we will get there sooner or later but the year may not be 2022.
2022 is too near the future for BTC to be used worldwide. Mass adoption is slowly taking place, but I personally don't think 6 years would be enough to introduce BTC to most everybody, especially in third world countries, where even internet connectivity is still a huge problem.
6 years is a very short time for bitcoin can grow. behold bitocin age now not too old. and we have not reached any.the target has not been reached for users of more than 10 million people

Bitcoin is besically understandable by someone with a bit of technical knowledge. It is not for the general people. Probably you will see a more streamlined bitcoin in 2022 but not used by everyone for sure.
Bitcoin is not meant to destroy fiat currency in any way. It is just providing you a an extra way to earn and invest money which can add a little spice in your daily life. But it will never become another fiat.
So this is still possible to happen in few years..

Yes, the supporter of dollar which is I think only USA will not leave dollar for their international use in order to give strength to their currency, the same will do Europeans, they are now in the struggle to make their currency No.1 , so they will not leave it for bitcoin easily.This is not only the rule for the dollar but also for the euro, the bitcoin will maybe used a lot more but still not by everyone, from that we are still far away.
USD is the best currency which can be widely used and I don't think that bitcoin will be used by everyone as bitcoin has not proved yet that is has been better then USD.

Of course they won't. Why should they? There is enough place for everything in this world, especially for something as good as Bitcoin. I think all the other currencies will stay but Bitocin will become stronger with time and it will replace other currencies in some fields.

I guess nobody can actually know for sure if Bitcoin will become a currency that will be used by everyone in 2022, but it is pretty possibible for that to happen since all points to that
yeah i agree with you friend now more people is motivate to use bitcoin and bitcoin is good running now but what happen in future don,t know everybody but bitcoin be used by almost everyone in 2022 that is impossible maybe more people use bitcoin but all I have doubt .

I agree with your thoughts. if bitcoin plunge into the community, I am sure everything will be easier and more practical, maybe everyone will hold bitcoin card in their wallet because the world is becoming more futureistic

Nope. I know very few "Millennials" who use it, yet they are the most connected people around. There is no way that my Boomer generation will adopt BTC as is, it's just too complicated and clumsy. "Not ready for primetime."
There are not enough merchants who accept it. In my eyes, this is perhaps the major stumbling block.
There is ALWAYS the possibility of unknown types of future attacks (of various sorts) against the Bitcoin Ecosystem.
BTC is too volatile for mass use.
While I wish BTC well (and have a nice little stake), I think it will move slowly.

Not sure what makes you think that 30-40% of the people will use Bitcoin in 2022, but it's simply impossible. 30% means 2,100,000,000 people using Bitcoin..... Really? Let's focus on reaching 1% first before speculating about insanely high percentages.
That 30-40% can't applied globally but in one country where bitcoin is really present. Let's say in Philippines, in 6 years growth rate of bitcoin users to at least 20-30% is possible. But of course it can't applied to all countries.

The only thing is that you never know what there will happen with Bitcoin because it is a currency it is impossible to predict for what is going to happen with it.
