Elon Musk is done with Dogecoin, look at the price movement of this coin, it barely moves anymore because he is not hyping it. There's no reason for him to hype Doge cause investors already know they got FOMO and now they are just holding a bag of Doge which in the long run it will just likely burst.

It's just being careful if you want to hold Dogecoin for a long time. Yes, it could be that Elon Musk just feels less work, so raise something project to be used as self-entertainment only. Have a makeshift, do not focus too much on the project that was originally just for the material of jokes.

Agreed , dogecoin use to be a Gambling money because the cheaper fee this can offer but when Elon Musk step on it, things change and this become a Pump and dump coin.

It depends on what you mean by "survive" if you meant that dogecoin would be dead and forgotten then I don't think so, this coin was doing well before Elon intervened and adopted it, but the hype that he gave dogecoin by being it and tweeting about it made it go insanely high so if the reason that made dogecoin get this high goes away then almost everything it did to it will go away too, it will slowly decrease until people forget about it.

Don't you think it's strange that Doge survived without Ilona before?
It is obvious that Elon played a certain role, but he was not alone, Reddit users also contributed to the growth of the coin.

Agree. Dogecoin won't last for long without active development and innovation. The hype seems to be coming to an end, so it should only be a matter of time before prices go all the way down the drain. It's not about what a prominent figure like Elon Musk says about Dogecoin, but rather what real use cases it provides in the mainstream world.

Newcomers seem to think that "meme" coins are meant to be successful in the long run, probably because they've seen DOGE go all the way to the moon in an instant. We all know it really doesn't work that way. I'm afraid SHIBA INU and the rest of the other Dogecoin clones will fade into oblivion faster than you could've ever imagined. DOGE might survive without Elon Musk, but it won't have the same luster as it did before. Crypto land behaves in mysterious ways, so anything can happen in the future. Just my thoughts Grin

He was the only initiator where Doge coin came to limelight and the price surged to its ATH. But now seems to be more stable around and might not be that much dependent now with Elon tweets for rise or fall. Though some big players if buy and promote it will just help doge coin to cross that 0.5$ mark again.

I think the market is more affected by the rise in BTC and ETH prices, these two things are far more influential than Elon. Doge is an old coin that has also accompanied BTC and other coins throughout history.

Doge will not disappear, exchanges will continue to list DOGE because they are benefiting from it, the probable scenario would only be Doge going down its value because there's no hype anymore, and even if Elon will not leave and continue to shill, people would not bite it anymore as the hype is over, whales already made a profit on this coin.

Doge doesn't have any updates to attract investors it's just the hype from Elon Musk,

Now that he's quite nothing much is moving behind this coin, more investors already shift to other potential projects and start to forget this coin,

some may dumped they coin due to frustrations and some still hold and think that for long term it may comeback and reached $1 or more.

You really need to have a better plan if still thinking of trying your luck with this coin.
